⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We have just sold our portfolio of investment properties through Oakmans. Due to family circumstances selling our properties was not a straightforward process. After a very friendly, understanding and informative consultation with Tom we decided Oakmans were for us. Tom assigned Laura the task of dealing with our property sales and we could not have been in better hands. She took a real proactive approach to ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible, nothing was too much trouble for her, she even took the time to visit sitting tenants out of working hours before going live with sales. When it came to valuations she excelled in her expertise of market trends, thoroughly researching her market and providing us with a clear demonstration of each of her valuations. Thanks to her finger being firmly on the pulse viewings and offers rolled in very quickly. Laura managed to market and sell the entire portfolio to individual investors in record time either on or above the asking price. Tom, Laura, Sian and the rest of the team at Oakmans kept us informed every step of the way and did so much behind the scenes to take the pressure of our family during what has been a very difficult time for us. I cannot praise Laura enough, her level of professionalism exceeds expectations and she was undoubtedly essential to the success of such a difficult and complex portfolio to sell. Krystal and Jan were brilliant. We were kept up to date and the dealt with a tricky move and collapsed brilliantly. I would highly recommend these wonderful people.

Dixons advertised my property very fast on Rightmove, and arranged the viewing quickly after that. However, I am not impressed with the management team. The second month rent was delayed because the tenant did not set up the direct debit properly. I am paying Dixons for the full management. It should not be the landlord to call the agent saying the rent has not arrived. It should be their job to make sure tenant is paying on time if its full management. Also, It seems like a miscommunication about the insurance policy. They said I can ask them to rent the house for me, but decide if I want to buy insurance from them. I have decide to get insurance by myself. But found out they just purchased the insurance for me without even confirm with me. I noticed on the 3rd day after they insured for me. I quickly wrote to them and called them to cancel it. They said they did. I emailed them again to confirm. They emailed me back after 12 days confirming they have cancelled it for me. But they already charged for the 1st month saying I did not read the terms and conditions properly. The phone number of the property manager never work. The phone line Dixons provided is only instruction-like voice mail. I have not managed to find the property manager myself. I do thank Dixons for advertising quickly. Tina is particularly helpful. But I am not so sure if they can manage the property well enough for landlord. For the sale: The sale team did a good job arranging the viewing and secured my offer. Thank you.

Both Ilan and Jan at Selly Oak branch were amazing, helpful and offered much guidance and advice throughout the process. Our solicitor was not great and they help to chase things along, resulting in a successful purchase. I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again. A great team....Rob

The lettings team are exceptional, very positive, helpful, down to earth, great at their jobs and most important of all not pushy. Having dealt with many lettings agencies I found them to be a breathe of fresh air. I was honestly amazed at the great service I received, they're one of the few companies that left me feeling positive after having dealt with them. Daniella in particular is amazing, made me feel so at ease and she is brilliant at her job, can tell she is passionate and knowledgeable in her job.
