A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. I moved into a property which was full of junk, had broken electrics and an unsafe garden. This took months to resolve. There was damage in to property to internal doors which never got resolved. I was left without heating in the winter months for nearly 8 weeks because nobody followed it up in the office. When the heating engineer came out a new boiler was recommended but this was left. Communication with this company is absolutely awful. I have now been moved out of my property for 19 days and have not had any end of tenancy reports and they have not approved to release my deposit yet which is breach of contract. They don’t seem to communicate with each other over anything and even their contractual staff have said they are awful. If you are a landlord or a tenant AVOID this company.

We have recently purchased a property through Dunedin and found them to be absolutely superb, with a special mention to Stephanie who continuously chased up the chain and kept us informed throughout. Pretty sure we would still be waiting to move if not for her. I would recommend Dunedin Sales & Lettings to friends, family & anyone else looking for an Estate Agent. Stephanie & Maxine were so professional & meticulous from start to finish. Within 6 hours of contacting Maxine at Dunedin to discuss selling my home, we had 2 viewings & sold the property. Mike was amazing - he not only made my move between 2 cities easy with his prompt responses but he also went above and beyond in giving me helpful tips regarding the specific nuances of the electrics in the new apartment. I honestly would not have known what to do if he didn't figure it out ahead of moving in which clearly shows his respect and understanding for my busy lifestyle. He even followed those up with helpful, detailed emails. I am happy with my experience with Dunedin Lettings so far and hope to find more properties through them in the future as I move every 6 months! -KK

Sold our house last year ouselves used this agent, put offer in on a house in Beverly road and was rejected APPARENTLY!! Since found out as the vendor visited our property to fix our boiler transpired our offer was not put forward at all... we were so cheesed off ad was he. So personally I would ever deal with the estate agents themselves. A particular female estate agent dealt with us very underhand. I thought at the time it was all rather strange. Solicitors attached so so.slow no chain and took months. Checks for our property took time apparently but I wonder as checks its seems when we moved in not done as major problems with our house, contacted them never returned an email or call. Not.impressed at all with either. Think be best avoided....

Stuck in the past with their systems and they work very slow. However the advice is sound and if you can stand the old fashioned ways of doing business you could try them. Works well with their Estate Agency business next door, but again a bit slow.

Karen Hill is the best Estate Agent we have ever dealt with. Karen has gone over and above to help us find a house. There hasn't been anything that is not too much trouble.
