We have just completed the sale of our house with Connells. The entire team, Caroline, Helen and Ashton have worked incredibly hard to ensure the move was successful. They have always been professional, knowledgeable and hugely supportive. At times we had to navigate a particularly complicated chain but their guidance, advice and encouragement kept us going and we finally sold! I would especially like to thank Helen for her role throughout the entire process. She has been brilliant in her communication, always available to explain processes, negotiate options and calm nerves when at times it all seemed overwhelming. From the initial Valuation to final Completion we cannot recommend Connells highly enough.

Our first contact with Connells was a 'phone call to ask if they would like to market our house. The person who took our call (sorry, cannot remember her name) was professional and helpful and arranged for Karen Crew to visit us. Karen called ahead to confirm the time she would be with us an arrived promptly. She was knowledgeable and explained the whole process of selling a property, gave advice on how to present it, showed us a copy of another property details brochure and explained the fee structure. She gave us her valuation range for the property and suggested that we market it at the mid-point as going higher could take a lot longer to sell but going lower did not reflect the true value. The sale went through pretty much as she had forecast and the only delay was completely outside of Connells control. Overall we were very satisfied with the service we received.

I have recently let a property via Connells, I really can’t fault the service or amazing staff. Unavailable for a viewing on a very popular property I was sent a thorough video viewing of the property. The process was very smooth and the staff at Connells went above and beyond to ensure I was kept up to date throughout. Eleanor Winchester was especially assistant even arranging spare keys when the originals were stolen. Thank you would highly recommend.

After a very bad experience 14 months ago with another local agent we had fears about even looking for another agent. We needn’t have. Connells are Very professional, efficient service, honest and transparent. If you felt you have picked a highly professional estate agent, I feel for you. Never Ever go with these time wasters. They just pass the book and are quite happy to leave me with no heating or hot water considering I’m still expected to pay rent. Don’t waste your time with these, go elsewhere - save yourself the stress. I wish I had done the same!
