Very good estate agent as soon as there ar any issues he calls someone to go and fix the problem and they are there in a flash. Very communicative and can contact at any point in the day and he will get it sorted. Even sorts things when the landlords aren't willing to. Very polite and friendly would recommend without a doubt

I have recently let a property through Martin and the process was utterly seamless. As a person that is new to letting I can honestly say that Martin has been nothing but brilliant from beginning to present. Martin was able to find a tenant for my property virtually immediately after me having had the keys. Martin has also always been willing to answer any questions and queries I have had throughout the process and is more than willing to offer his advice if and when asked. Will insist on cancelling a viewing and telling us the property is let stc, but we know for a fact they are still arranging viewings for others. Not a good way to encourage business.

Enquired about a property within an hour of the board going up. Was told no viewings available for 5 days due to work being done, and that I was first to view it. Wasn't allowed to put an application in without a viewing. I was contacted an hour before my viewing to cancel as the property already had an application on it and the deposit had been paid.... Complete waste of time and liars.

Very quick and responsive service, my request was from about week ago and I am with keys already, no delays or unclear respond from their side.
