3 letting agents in Parting of the Heaths

Had a viewing booked for a property today never bothered to contact me to say the property has had an offer accepted yesterday, very annoyed as I was able to view at an earlier date but was told today was the earliest. Would have been a complete wasted journey had I not phoned prior. In response to the reply, first it's been over a year for this reply, 2nd I was never noted it was on with another agency at the time and 3rd you never called. Obviously a lying agency you can't trust.

Tutis Estates have managed my properties for the past 3 years. I have always been delighted with their service. Would have given zero star, if there is an option. Owner of Embrace property sold the house to us without electricity and gas; after a week's struggle, got the power sorted but to my dismay, found that sockets in lounge and electric shower were not working due to poor electrical re-wiring. Just covered up these issues during sale by telling it's a prepaid meter and sold the property to us with all these faults. Dishonest and unethical behaviour. Very disappointed. Stay away!

The house where I lived in for almost 9 months, is one of the good and neat place to live in while in Coventry. Landlord and estate agents are very helpful and resolve any issue without any reminder. Embrace have been a great estate agents during my time with them and I can recommend them highly. If ever I needed something there was always someone on hand to help and this was always very quick, efficient, not to mention friendly. I felt like I could always contact them and things would be dealt with professionally and quickly (and this has not always been the case when renting in the past - so this was a welcome and refreshing change) The main person we dealt with was Francesca, who was engaging and professional at all times and I can only say positive things about her and Embrace in general. From the moment we were shown the property and collected the keys and each time after there was always perfect customer service. Highly recommended.
