Abi was always very responsive and kept me informed at every stage. She went over and beyond her remit to make sure the sale completed as planned. Peter conducted the viewings and negotiated the offers and displayed great people skills! He was always pleasant and customer focused. The entire team are fantastic - Ash, Sarah, Molly and Chad were very helpful throughout and they kept me up to date at all times, and it helps that they're a super friendly bunch as well. I purchased my flat through Rice Chamberlain a few years ago and there was no question that I would use them again when I came to sell the flat. The whole team are extremely helpful and always go above and beyond. Molly in particular did a great job of selling the flat and then keeping in regular communication, chasing solicitors etc. Moving house is supposed to be stressful but in both my experiences of buying and selling Rice Chamberlain were extremely positive and the experience wasn't stressful at all!

We bought through Rice Chamberlains, and the whole experience from viewing to completion was really stress free. Molly, Ash, Chad and Sarah were great throughout - helping us find the perfect property (which took a while) but also keeping in touch in a non-intrusive way in between given our narrow search parameters. Molly in particular was great at helping us with solicitors who were slow at replying and really keeping the whole process moving along to a very quick timelines. What was pleasing was that along with our estate agents selling our property, they worked well in partnership to ensure the right outcome for their client and for ourselves.

Five years ago I worked with Ashley and Sarah as a buyer, looking for a property in Moseley, and have recently instructed them to the sale of this same property as I was moving away from the area, with Ashley, Molly and Sarah all supporting us. We were able to secure a price for the property that we was happy with, and RC were organised in their approach to marketing and arranging viewings to the property. Unfortunately we were part of a fairly long and at times, difficult chain, and I was grateful to the Rice Chamberlain team for the significant chasing and progressing of the sale that they had to undertake with solicitors and other parties. At times I was concerned that the chain would collapse, but they worked hard to keep it going and eventually we make it into our new home unscathed! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends. Thanks to the team for an excellent service again.

I cannot praise Rice Chamberlains enough for how they helped us through a recent purchase. We got the keys to our new flat on December 21, 2020. YES THAT'S RIGHT...just days before Christmas, in the middle of a pandemic and handling most of the purchase remotely from the USA. Every staff member we came in contact with was incredibly helpful, professional and driven to do their very best for the client. However, I can't complete this review without sending very special thanks to Ashley Lowe and Molly Smith who went above and beyond to get us into our new place before the holiday. Dear Emily, We have been contacting you all day waiting for you to respond and you choose to email us back when its closing time and we cant contact you over the phone. We had no issues over the construction and just wanted to enquire about it. You told us our offer was accepted and we were just waiting till tomorrow for the rest of the funds to be transferred and then went back on our offer and booked our mortgage application. This is poor communication and bad representation of your company. When you are agree on a sale with someone please stick with it as business rule if you have any.Thank you

The service we received was excellent. Moving house is stressful but Glovers made it easy. They gave us very carefully considered advice and were readily available when we had any questions. They also managed viewings and any follow up from them exceptionally well.

We have recently signed a 2 year tenancy. Glovers have been amazing from start to finish (particularly Emily!). They sent a builder who was very rude. They didn't deal with my complaint. The buildrr never apologized. Stay away from them they are rubbish

Agree with lawful rebellion. They are dodgy. They took our money and never refunded. Guys please dont use this company.

Worst estate agents on the planet. Rooky owns the dodgy place, she suffers with hysteria and is extremely delusional. They breech every data protection regulation there is and ignore every health and safety regulation the government has ever put in place to protect tenants. I would seriously look elsewhere if your considering renting or buying a place unless you dont value your health and want to live a damp riddled property which has no fire safety equipment fitted

These people do not know how to deal with complaints, nor do they take responsibility for anything. Definitely needs customer service training and attitude adjustments. I suggest to do some research on how they’ve dealt with previous clients and other reviews online.
