A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. No stars from us. As a landlord, we could never recommend this company. Ensure you independently ask your tennants what rent they are paying because M.t Properties 4 u LTD ( or thats what they call them selves having changed company names on many occasions, will tell you that tenants are not willing to pay more even as they secretly raise their rent and pocket the raise. After several years of having to top up our monthly mortgage installment, we went through a lot of hassle to change to another letting agent. Thankfully, these are professionals and we now receive a small income too.

It was the worst experience of my life, considering that I have changed at least 10 house all over the world. No one cares about the tenants, if there are problems or something to fix up, forget the imminent help. I stayed without WiFi for months. The landlords used the house as warehouse while I was on holiday and they used to leave everything dirty (without apologies or good manners).

We have been renting from m t properties for over three years now. We had issue with the neighbours and m t properties resolved our issue by relocating us to a brand new flat in the same area. I'm over the moon and would recommend this agency as the best in the area by far.
