Andrew Love who works for this estate agent deserves a special mention. He has supported me in all aspects of my tenancy from leasing contract renewal, safeguarding my deposit and dealing with any repairs. He has been extremely efficient, communicative, polite and conscientious and goes the extra mile when organising repairs to make it a stress free process for me (the tenant).

Tom has always given excellent service and found me tenants very quickly. I would recommend Pads in the service always. He is quick to respond to emails or calls and giving great advice or simply recommending someone locally who is reasonable if works are required.

Absolute simpletons. Tried to make contact multiple times. Replies take on average 10 days. No apology when they do reply. Lord knows how it must be for their actual tenants. They have one job, to text people back and they manage to fail doing so. Numptys must be missing out on so many sales. Don't even bother.

Useless agents! waste of time.

Spoke to two different colluegues and both had bad customer service, not helpfull at all, blunt, rude and spoke over us. The house was at no satisfactory, basic neccesities such as keys to doors and window's were missing, and even though we explained this to the colluegues, they felt it was amusing and did not seem to be a problem for them. The entire process was delayed and rushed only when they wanted payments of us.
