Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

We were very pleased with the support we received from Billy Knowles in finding the right mortgage for us. He guided us through the process and took his time to ensure we were happy and understood everything; as first time buyers this was very useful. We would definitely recommend Billy if you are looking for an excellent mortgage broker.

Connells people were very professional throughout the process. Special mention to Billy who did a tremendous job as a mortgage consultant, getting me the best deals, answering all my questions in a timely manner. I would recommend Connells to anyone for their property sale or purchase in Birmingham.

Avoid at all costs. They told us we had to leave as property was being refurbed. however they stopped our cleaning whic we were still paying for they also locked up one of the bathrooms as it needed repair however they didn't reduce our rent as they should of. they then proceeded to charge me my entire deposit and ask for an extra £196 for new carpet and to paint walls, to fix a door, to clean up 1 chair and 1 box i Had left on the roof. since i left the flat they have ignored all my messages and calls to them. Worst company to rent from its actually patheitc

Avoid at all cost! at the end of the tenancy the agency charged me for fixing a "broken" door closer that was just not hooked in. Tried to email and call them and their team member called Zahra was very dismissive, and insisting that they had to "repair" those parts that were not broken. Tried to discuss and explaim the situation but felt like you're talking to a record player. Also the company didn't provide and Energy Certificate beforehand moving in and your deposit is not protected. So yeah avoid if you can.

During the pandemic I rented a room with them for 6 months. They sent me a room inventory video and I signed the lease after viewing that video. When I finally got the keys the room looked nothing like the video, it was absolutely filthy. There were dozens of dead flies all over the bathroom, the toilet was filthy, and the entire room was dusty. The shower also had a massive gap down the side and was unusable. I sent them a video and pictures of the issue (see attached), they had the shower fixed after a few days but completely ignored any mention of the dead flies and dirty toilet. Once they get you to sign they completely change their tone and only do what is absolutely compulsory by them. Someone had clearly used the room before they gave me my keys and they had failed to clean it thereafter, this was during the pandemic lockdown! At the end of my tenancy I cleaned the entire room, including mopping the floors and dusting every surface, and they still had the nerve to charge me a cleaning fee. Threatening a negative impact on my, and my guarantor's credit history if I don't. They ignored both emails I sent when asking for clarification on why the cleaning fee was applicable. I have paid the cleaning fee to avoid this and will be raising a formal complaint through the Property Redress Scheme to get my money back. Edit: As you can see in the reply from the 'owner' the delusion flows from the top down in this 'business'. Despite the video and photo evidence he refuses to acknowledge any of the issues with the room, before contradicting himself and stating that the issues were not sorted because they were directed to the wrong team. I should've taken their low star rating as my first indicator to look elsewhere. Learn from my mistakes :)

I was living abroad for 8 years and moved to the uk, and I was shocked how difficult it was to rent a property because I had no job, but very nice homes came to my rescue and accepted my situation and gave me a chance to rent a property with them, there service was exceptional and very friendly and made sure I was happy with my property.

We had a fantastic experience in buying a property through heritage estate agents. Vicky the assistant manager was very helpful, courteous and professional. She went the extra 9 yards to help us with any assistance or help we needed. I would highly recommend Vicky and heritage estate agents. The best experience we've ever had with an estate agent.

The team were extremely helpful throughout, especially when our solicitor was a little difficult to deal with and they facilitated the smooth flow of information between all parties which took a lot of stress off us. Highly recommended!

Heritage have handled a couple of moves for us and have always been excellent. This one in the circumstances was a lot harder than the last and needed additional help to keep things moving along which Heritage provided. Thank you very much all. However good you were we do not intend to move again any time soon!

Heritage were the Estate Agents for our sellers' property. They were really responsive throughout the process, and helped to push things along when things got stuck. It felt like a really personal service and was great to deal with a truly local agency.

I couldn't be happier with the service the team at Heritage gave to me., making the selling of my property entirely bearable and dare I say even enjoyable!! Everything was handled very well from beginning to end by different members of the team, but with good co ordination. Many thanks to you all
