A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. We were selling my mother’s house as she has dementia and needed to be cared for in a nursing home. Jon, Sue & the team were very sensitive to our situation from the start, ensuring that our mother wasn’t upset or disturbed by anyone coming to view the house. We found a buyer very quickly, which was great news, and the sale went through so smoothly, we couldn’t have hoped for a better outcome, or a better service from Hicks Hadley. I would definitely recommend them whole-heartedly. They are reasonable, professional, kind, thoughtful, and always available to help & answer any questions. Highly recommended.

We purchased a property that was being sold through Bloore King, and from the very start and right throughout the journey they were fantastic! I personally had a fantastic experience with the team at Bloore King & Kavanagh. Everybody who picked up my call was always polite and as helpful as they could be. My credit history is pretty poor but I wasn't judged purely by what's on paper, Libby consistently liased with me and never set me any unreasonable expectations and after a conversation with the landlord she was still able to secure me a property to rent! I'd never hesitate to recommend Libby and the Team.

They managed the recent sale of my house in an excellent way. As well as their professional approach, I felt that they listened to me, from when the house was first going onto the market, until the day I moved out. No matter who I spoke to on the phone, they were polite, well-mannered and I believe highly efficient in ensuring the sale went well.
