Absolutely fantastic service both from Sales and letting. I had a fantastic service when I was initially going to sell by Charlotte and an equally brilliant service from Nadia and Shannon on the letting side, I was walked threw the entire process with kid gloves. Have seen a previous review of Nadia mentioned as an angel, this is no overstatement . They are so professional, know there stuff and are ambassadors in this business. There has been clear communication from start to finish and have been a delight to work with, for this reason I have opted for a fully managed letting with Dixon’s. Sam and Sarah at Erdington have provided exceptional, professional assistance during my purchase, from initial viewing to completion. Without their input I suspect that the transaction would not have been completed. Especially appreciated the assistance in chasing the legal side of the purchase and being kept updated as to progress.

They may cost a little more but there are not hidden charges and the service you get is well worth the money and peace of mind. They handle everything for you i didn't have to do anything. I found Karina at Just Move very professional, helpful and consistent. This is what I would expect from a good estate agent. Her qualities include being very approachable and reliable. I was so thankful and was left feeling relieved that she was able to address my needs. I would nominate Karina as a front line worker for the company as she went above and beyond. I chose Just Move to deal with the sale of my property because when I needed assistance with my mothers house, they were the most helpful. It turns out I was not disappointed. If you want an Agent that is very professional, but with a personal touch, then I recommend Just Move. Always there if you need any help and advice.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could rate this lettings agents zero stars - I would. For over a year we lived with mould in our kitchen and with a front porch door that didn't fit properly. We asked for help and reported these issues for a whole year. And these won't the only issues. Finally we managed to get the mould removed which was done over a two and a half month period (leaving the mould exposed to us for over a month) with builders leaving our house in an absolute state. Carpets that had been left up on the stairs and living room, open holes literally through the walls that had to be filled and leaving a mass of mess in the garden. Sparing you the rest of the details - AVOID this lettings agency with ALL COSTS. They are clearly unorganised, unprofessional and do not care about their clients. Although I must admit - Sandra from Green and Co has been a massive help in the last two weeks with helping us get all the issues sorted and keeping us informed with the next processes. So if you must report to this agency, ask for her.

Registered our interest in a property back in april 2020 told we was only ones interested. Got taken down due to lockdown, we then stumbled back upon the property which the letting agents failed to notify us about due to a 25 pound rent rise apparently it was out of our price range. They then told us 16 people was now interested in the property when at the beginning we was only ones interested and we was top of the list. We called every day for an update got told still waiting for a decision from the landlord then they decided not to answer our calls at all, to finally get through and be told the landlord rejected us with no reason given and said they emailed us when they didnt. 5 months we waited and wasted time for nothing at all with no communication from green whatsoever, this makes me feel like we had a very lucky escape! For anyone looking to rent with green i wouldnt waste your time on this place left me very angry and disappointed!!!!!!

Poor customer service, I had been trying to contact them over a week everyday multiple calls a day and emails sent about a property that had gone up, it remained for weeks yet they never answered any of my calls or got back to my email. As someone who was interested why advertise on Rightmove if your not going to answer phone calls or returns emails. Before you respond usual bs we busy, I actually called so many times and different times and nothing. I would recommend you fix your call handling, I guess landlords should be aware of this too, losing out customers.

Absolute time wasters, I registered to this letting agent several months ago, still in the same position, agent will advise me to look out for emails about properties that I may like, but they never email me, last email was back in January, I'm always having to do the chasing, not helpful in the slightest,, I'll be lucky if I get a viewing at this rate, again absolute time wasters.

Three words - the best agency. We met Paul in a very stressful situation - we were removing our damaged belongings from property that was introduced to us by Archer Collins & Co (very unhappy with them!!!). We never actually lived there - due to a leaking ceiling, mold and other very dangerous aspects. Paul was helpful from the beginning - straight away he took us to see an amazingly located and newly refurbished flat. He and Marvin helped us with resolving the problem with the old property. I cannot describe how thankful I am for meeting Paul. Thanks to him, we live in a beautiful place, we can finally enjoy our life after six months of stress. He is not just professional, but also very helpful and trustworthy. He assured us that even after signing the contract, he will still help us - and he did. Whenever I asked for anything - it was done the same day. Always on time, always friendly. Once again, thank you so much for your help. I don't know what we would do without you and I am truly grateful for what we now have. I will always recommend this Agency to anybody who is looking for their perfect home.
