When I relocated to Coventry I rented a property through Godiva for 7 months. The whole letting process, albeit organised by my partner, was seamless. At every point we were sent clear and concise information of what was needed and once we actioned it we just waited for the next part. The move-in was quick and easy and the contract was as you’d expect, no dodgy clauses. Whilst at the property we experienced some maintenance issues due to the age of some of the appliances. These were dealt with promptly and Paul even took a call on a Sunday to help with our boiler. Where Godiva really shone for me was when the landlord was non-responsive or non-forthcoming. Rich and Paul were proactive in pushing through work which was relatively urgent whilst the landlord was seemingly dragging his heels. I worked in property for 6 years and from working for a good company and dealing with many different agents and landlords professionally I know that many agents don’t care about tenants once they are in a property but Godiva have the tenants interests in mind just as much of the landlords. As Godiva pre-screen prospective tenants viewings are minimised and consequently the first person to view the flat went ahead with it. This was appreciated as my partner works from home so being bombarded with viewings would have impeded on her workflow. Our final check-out inspection was fair and return of deposit was mutually agreed without dispute. Godiva will always be my first port of call should I need a rental property and should be yours too.

Great Service for tenants. Genuinely nice guys. We went to them in a desperate panic a week before we needed to move after our plans fell through. They were efficient, helpful and went the extra mile to get us in on time. Fees were really reasonable compared to other agents. Once we were in they were still helpful and flexible, easy to get hold of. The move out process has also been smooth so can't fault them at all. Thanks guys!

I had an issue in contacting the agency but once spoken the adviser my issues were sorted satisfactorily. I would recommend they communicate with clients if there's any issues. Other than that absolutely fantastic help and professional support given by Farah. Well done.
