Excellent service offered by G&T, I have had my property sold by them and they were extremely helpful. Dean who photographed my house to put it in the market recommended that he did a walk through video, I took deans advice and I’m so glad I did as this got me so many more viewings than my previous agent and turned out to be a key reason for my buyer to view my property. All the staff extremely responsive, always follow up on viewings and give feedback and always answer the phone and call you back when they say they will! This team have took a lot of stress out of selling the property..:.can’t recommend them enough. Finally, the fee that I was charged for this service is excellent as the next cheapest I found was £250 more! Thanks to the staff I have dealt with, Dean, Jess, Cloee and Tracy....A great team!

from start to finish the service provided was not only first class but of a friendly and understand relationship. Don't believe the photos they show you on the internet of properties compared to how they really are.......dirty underwear found in a house that was apparently ready to be moved in. Money grabbers I feel.

Our house had been on the market for 18 months (one sale fell through) with a well known agent. Went with PTN in November 2020, photos were brilliant, within a day had 11 viewings booked for the week. Sold in January. Communication with Sarah and team was excellent. Would definitely recommend!!
