I’ve rented a house from GD Accommodation in 2015 and was really impressed with the service that Im received! Now I have now rented a second house with no problems. Everything is perfect. The Agent from GD Accommodation is very kind and she always tries to help. I would 100% recommend the service that this agency provides and I will certainly be back to use their services again. I am a first-time landlord. Obviously, I was very nervous in the beginning when I shopped around all agents in Coventry who offer a similar range of services to landlords, including well-known agents. However, the more I shopped, the more I became worried due to various technical terms and legal jargon. At the very last minutes, when I did not feel happy with any of the property agencies I had communicated, I met the director of GD Accommodation who was extremely patient in terms of explaining all duties of landlords and requirements from the Government. I felt so relieved when I spoke to the director who understood the feeling of being a landlord, especially ones who live far away from the property itself. So I decided to select GD Accommodation as my agent. I have been with this company for nearly 2 years and no words could describe my experience so far, except AWESOME. I am extremely happy with the service that GD Accommodation provided.

Looks kind you have to push them. Not trustable. First read a contract from top to the bottom and pay But rather do not give tham trust. Little bit scarry.

Scammers. Never gave back my money.

I have booked for a place and paid for the first month as required. Unfortunately, my plans changed and had to cancel the agreement. As per the contract, I am allowed to cancel provided I pay their fees. It has been a year and I am still waiting for a refund for the remaining money!!! It’s crazy! They have given me a reason with regards to the landlord, but is that even valid? Please don’t trust these guys. It’s a scam. They take your money but won’t give it back even if your cancellation was as per the contract. They have stopped responding to my email as well. Please DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I was looking for property last summer and was stressing as my family already run into some issues. I tried to find a place by myself and didn't like what I was shown for the price. Luckily i run into Student Pavilion that was able to find me a place that was really nice at the same price as a small bedroom I viewed previously. 10/10 service

The videos of the place has definitely helped us to make our decisions as we were abroad at the time. Not many other lettings and rental agencies does the video tour. The guy also does provide a transport to take us to the accommodation which really helps a lot. Oda is really friendly and helpful :)
