Don't even deserve a star! Dodgy scammers. Charge you full wack and dont carry out any reference checks on tenants. They won't respond to any of your calls. They are scammers and seriously corrupt. They will give you tenants that don't pay rent and do nothing to help you. When you email or call them they won't respond to you. They will leave you out of pocket. The worst experience I have ever had. I dont understand how these unethical people are in business. Save your time and money- go elsewhere.

They have helped me source properties for my budget as well as put in vetted and reliable tenants. He has helped me sell properties too and guided me throughout the whole process making it easy for me. I would recommend everyone to use the services Cornerstone provide and the staff have extensive knowledge of property values in and around Birmingham.

I have been an visited the property an all I can say is it's disgusting. The ceilings have damp and are leaking. The floor covered in stains and the bathroom has green sludge coming from the windows. Also there are rats in the garden and the directors Parveen/ Atiq enters rooms without permission or written consent from tenants. They also then when confronted about the state of the property go on to abuse and shout at tenants and making them feel that they have done wrong. Please can someone get a pest control and environmental health in as I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

In a run down area but the shop people are really helpful. Needs bit of jazzing up
