9 letting agents in Rugby

HORRIBLE COMPANY.. we have trying to get them to send someone to fix items for over 6 months... please be careful..there is zero service

Not polite at all. They told me that they would contact me about out a property I was interesting in, never happened instead I contacted them I booked an appointment with difficulty as they don't book appointment on weekends or after 5 on weekdays. However they do expect you to have a job in order to let you apply for a property. But nothing about this matters as they didn't even show up- please note I use my annual leave for this appointment to happen- and and didn't even have the decency to call and let me know, I was waiting for 20 minutes in the cold for nothing.

Patrick is a star, He has helped us start out on the market and gave us a lot of tips and hints that other agents won't. At no point did I feel he was pushing for a sale which is amazing. He really did want what was best for me.

Very knowledgeable, informative and professional. Great people who you can trust to manage your properties properly. Proper inspections, tenant checks all paperwork is perfect, so any problems, due to arrears or just wanting eviction , there are no holdbacks. Great for HMO and family properties. Advice on rental, conformity and regulations is concise and relevant.

Have recently worked through the process of renting our first property with Spencer's. The staff were extremely proactive and friendly and were always very quick to respond to any questions we had. All in all, they made the experience very stress free, would recommend.

I couldn't recommend Spencer's in Rugby more. They have never let me down. I deal with Rachel mainly who is brilliant. But all the staff there are super professional, friendly and helpful.

Shipways have rented a property on my behalf. To be fair, they rented the property without any issues. However, they have failed to pay me the deposit for over 6 weeks (I've therefore had to fund the DPS account personally) and it is impossible to get hold of anyone to rectify the problem.

The team at shipways have gone above and beyond to help us sell our property as we encountered a few issues. They were professional quick to respond and very supportive I wouldn't buy or sell from any other estate agent in Rugby

We have been dealing with Shipways for our new property and there have been a few delays within the process from the landlords end, Shipways have dealt with this really well and kept us updated throughout the whole process. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with cocky agents who do not follow guidelines going into tenants homes with no masks on with the tenant still in there! This company is nothing but unprofessional I would advise to never use this company

Being a tenant for 2.5 years, just moved out as needed a bigger house, I would recommend Archer Bassett to others as they provide excellent service and professionalism. They also follow strict covid guidance as only one tenant was allowed for a viewing appointment and only 1 appointment a day, wearing face masks as well. I would highly recommend Archer Bassett.

Nicola Austin provided an excellent service throughout, she efficiently manages all communications, liaising with both parties promptly and with great attention to detail. We had a very poor experience with Newmans in Southam. We gave them a new build property to sell during the stamp duty holiday when many agents were experiencing a boom in sales. We found that Newmans were refusing viewings to people who were not immediately proceedable and their phone lines were never answered. We didn't receive any statistics on how the marketing was going unless we asked. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and this ranks as one of my worst experiences. Sales process was great. Followed by the sales progressor Suzanne, who was absolutely fantastic. Really helped moved things forward and sorted bits out during a tricky time.
