Tara & Co are one of the best Letting Agents I have worked with as a landlord since 1996. They are professional, pragmatic, organised, responsive, reasonable and adjust their communication to suit their customer (landlord / tenant / service provider). I prefer text and email and the occasional telephone call. Tara & Co have organised renovations on one property that needed extensive work and subsequently let this property (thanks Jyoti!) and as a team, also managing a number of other properties in Leamington and nearby. I am sure all the staff are wonderful, I have only worked so far with Jyoti, Claudia and Jack and the management team of David French and David Quain. I hope we have many more years of productive and positive working relationship!

It is very easy to write reviews when we have a bad experience, as this is generally what fuels us to take the time to. However, more importantly I feel it most important to give positive feed back. Abbie Phillips my property manager, has been amazing. If there's any issues or queries I have, the response is very quick, the communication with the landlord has also been efficient and a resolution has come about quickly. They even wished me Happy Birthday which I thought was a lovely personal touch. As its the first time I've ever lived alone, I've had a lot of questions and nothing has been a bother. They have always made time for my questions and given helpful answers. I am definitely pleased with the efficiency of the service and how helpful all of the staff are, I put my deposit down and got the keys within 6 days which is definitely quick service. I definitely would continue to use Leaders Leamington Spa and their team.

They are professionals with quality in mind when working towards ensuring properties they effectively manage are kept at a high standard to benefit both tenants and landlords. I can’t speak for the selling side, but as a buyer, I couldn’t have been provided with a better service from the team at Connells. I’ve had experiences on the buying & selling side prior (with other agents), and none of those experiences were good. As a buyer, I found the experience start-finish really good with Connells, even post-sale. I dealt mainly with Julie & Paul, both of whom were professional, friendly, and on it in terms of keeping me informed. They were informing me of progress, even when my own solicitor wasn’t! Based on the overall experience provided by Julie, Paul and the rest of their team (Brogan, Lucy), I couldn’t recommend them enough. They are lovely people, great at their job, and an absolute credit to Connells.

Had an excellent experience with Connells. The staff are friendly, and were great at finding rental properties that suited our needs. Additionally, the tailored service they offer takes a lot of pressure off moving, helping us set up council tax and bills so we were ready to hit the ground running when we moved in.

A great experience selling our house through Connells Estate Agents in Leamington Spa. Starting with Lucy who put together a great justification of what value to market our house and was the reason we chose Connells over out initial choice. Julie was constantly keeping us up to date with feedback about the viewings and discussing different options for marketing and I always had a good chat with Julie. Once we had an offer Paul continued the regular communication keeping us up to date with the negotiations and couldn't wait to congratulate us when we exchanged. Professional, responsive and helpful. I enjoyed working with the team at Connells as I helped my brother who lived in a different country sell his property. I think we achieved the best price possible given market conditions and the team worked hard to achieve this - though it was slightly less than what we had hoped and the initial valuation. I would particularly call out the good teamwork and seamless flow of information that is evident, it seems that when you talk to one person in the office you are talking to the whole team. Where to start....R A Bennett have been fantastic from the get go, I have very specifics requests for living arrangements in a very short amount of time and they have pulled through! Sophie dealt with me most of the time and was brilliant - always responded via Whatsapp when I messaged after hours with questions. We live overseas and had to depend upon R A Bennett taking care of the sale of our property in Leamington Spa. From the outset they were extremely helpful and professional and took care of many issues relating to the property which they were not obliged to do under the terms of our agreement. The staff were all incredibly efficient and prompt in responding to any communications and even took responsibility for checking the vacant property every week on our behalf. They really did reduce the anxiety and stress - selling the property when we lived overseas would have been much more difficult without their excellent help, support, reassurance and constant feedback. I have lived in an accord managed property for a few years now and find them to be very professional and responsive to issues. The move in process was very easy and communication has always been very good with the teams I have personally spoken to. My boiler recently broke which in winter is a nightmare. Leah and everyone else involved were great and handled the situation wonderfully. Very thankful for Leah as she acted quickly to help with any issues during the process. I was kept informed of the progress of the repair and any updates from the landlord were forwarded on to me when received by them. The boiler was replaced as quick as possible and I’m very happy with the service I’ve received. Would definitely recommend. Thank you all :)

As Accord's inventory provider we cannot fault the branch in any way. The agency is extremely busy however as a contractor we're always attended to promptly and professionally. All staff members are extremely polite and courteous - Will, the Manager clearly has extensive experience as he's helped resolved multiple issues which naturally arise. RACIST, LIAR and YELLING to the customer on the phone! These are the best words to describe Handles Property. My husband and I are two engineers at JLR and University of Oxford from Italy. We had the first viewing with Sarah on 24.04.2021. Even though she told us that the property hasn't had any viewings in the past or future (so that we can take our time and even bargain); she wrote to us that she didn't realize that there was already another party interested in the property. After a couple of days we realized that the property is still on the market and I called to ask whether it is maybe still available or not. I talked to Jacob first on the phone and he accepted me to start the payment process. However they LIED again after asking for our contact details. They realized AGAIN at that moment(!) that the property was already rented. Then I told that I was taking it personally that they keep changing their mind after they realize that we are NOT ENGLISH. Jacob transferred me to his colleague Mark, who started to yell at me on the phone by saying: "Do you think I am a liar? Because I am not a liar. I am taking it personally now. I am not a liar! I am saying the truth. I assure you.". They also cancelled my other appointment by saying that I wouldn't possibly want to work with them. It is up to you now; do you think they are liars?

Throughout the process of selling our house both Mark Wadsworth who was leading the sale and any team members we contacted were always extremely helpful. Mark kept us up to date on all aspects of selling our house, be it the initial viewings and feedback, to keeping us informed of the buyers status as the sale progressed. He was professional and courteous throughout and even helped liaise with both the estate agent of the property we were looking to buy and both sets of solicitors. Overall I couldn't fault the service Handles provided and would definitely look to use them again in the future!

WARNING TO ALL STUDENTS: Do not deal with this estate agent- he will con you into the worst properties you can ever live in. I am a past student of Warwick university and I dealt with this estate agent personally. He conned us into the worst contract terms you can believe and we also had to go to court to get our deposit back from the landlord. Please do not deal with this estate agent- they are absolute conmen and are preying on students. Please heed my warnings. Good luck on your search for a great property! Just don’t use this agent!

Terrible experience. I left a review 3 years ago after my flatmate and I had a long struggle trying to get our £300 deposit back and I have now found that lots of reviews including mine have been removed. My university's student's union had also heard of them because of other people's negative experiences. I wouldn't recommend using them, you will probably be messed around.

Honestly the worst agency you can choose. I would not recommend it at all

They have deleted their bad reviews so I will type again. This letting agent is the worst I have ever had to deal with. From the very beginning of the tenancy we experienced extremely poor customer service and rudeness from various members of staff, who did not take note of appointments we had made and therefore did not have the keys ready when they were needed. Further miscommunications happened throughout our tenancy, making the entire experience very stressful which would have been avoided if this company had even an ounce of professionalism. Maintenance requests, queries about locations of the utility meters and other necessary information were completely ignored both by email and over the phone. Even emails specifically asking for confirmation of their receipt of information were ignored. Be prepared to have to fight for your deposit. Our lead tenant was told that we wouldn't receive it back because the agent had not received all keys from the property at the end of the tenancy - however this was not the case and all had been signed for. This resulted in the lead tenant having to make several phone calls to the agent who then did not return these calls. These agents continually lied to us, saying they didn't have the keys and then 'finding' them a week later, to charging us for extra damages that had not been agreed with the landlord, to telling us that our meter readings were incorrect when they were not. They will do absolutely anything to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. Extremely rude, unprofessional and awful at their job. Avoid at all costs.

Looks like they deleted their page. They were so infuriating to deal with I'll write again. They have no respect for students (no cleaning standards maintained when moving in, rude and dissmisive if problems are raised, make you fight to get you deposit back, and will arrive unannounced to show other unsuspecting tenants around). And they're all round incompetent, losing keys, losing records and details, asking for the wrong paperwork to be completed. This shambles is only kept going by unsuspecting new students moving to the town each year. Oh and the last person to give them a good review coincidently had the surname Dhesi...

Leigh is very active, professional and diligent. Always contactable and helpful throughout. A good guy and a pleasure to work with. Overall Leigh is one of the best estate agent representative I've ever dealt with from start to finish and a valuable asset to his company

We had a very poor experience with Newmans in Southam. We gave them a new build property to sell during the stamp duty holiday when many agents were experiencing a boom in sales. We found that Newmans were refusing viewings to people who were not immediately proceedable and their phone lines were never answered. We didn't receive any statistics on how the marketing was going unless we asked. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and this ranks as one of my worst experiences.
