The whole team From Andrew and Phillip to Sarah and Karis are nothing short of superb. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They also have a great mortgage advisor in Paul who we have used aswell. 11 out of 10. A company who put their customers at the heart of what they do.

Excellent Estate Agency! Very efficient staff, especially Sarah Wisdom, the agent that supported us through the renting process, she was very responsive and friendly, this made our move less stressful. Would recommend Reeds Rains to everyone!

I can not thank the staff at Your Move enough. Especially Georgia she has helped me find a suitable property, Just when i was getting tired of viewing properties Georgia got in touch with me and told me about a house that was going on the market. Knowing about my situation with having children and needed to be in a certain location she kept me in mind. I really liked the house and let her know straight away. She was very understanding and compassionate not only doing her job but by being a genuine person who wanted to help. Correspondence was by emails and when i needed to ask a question or needed advice she was very prompt with replying and helping me through the steps to start a new tenancy. We are now in the new property and i really couldn't of done it without her help. Whilst viewing other properties i met with other staff from Your Move and each Estate Agent was polite, professional and approachable i felt at ease asking questions. I have rented properties long term for a while now and even though we are in a pandemic ive never known the transition to be so smooth. Looking & viewing houses isn't easy at the best of times so to have support and help from the staff at Your Move really means a great deal. Cant thank you all enough.

An excellent professional service provided by the Team at Your Move Bedworth. Jenna visited and gave us a valuation for the property and quickly followed up with the paperwork having discussed the Contract with us. Charlotte has been amazing. Always available to give help and advice relating to matters regarding the sale of the property. She provided regular progress/update reports leading to finalising the exchange of Contracts.

After property viewing we got the keys in a week time! Very fast services. Georgia is the best to deal with, very kind and nice. Highly recommended. Thanks for everything. God bless you all!

Charlotte has been amazing help selling our home. She replies really quick to any questions. Just waiting to exchange now so fingers crossed however we don’t feel stressed at all.

Time wasters, lost a 30 minutes trip for a viewing that did not happen! Arrived 5 minutes late due to and ice and the local transit, did not bother to call or wait! The landlord could have done a deal today!

i arranged a view with the agency to see a property in Coventry, coming from Walsall and noboday was at the property. i do not recomand this agency.

Absolutely fantastic service, Jane and Donna handled selling my property and buying another at the same time, nothing was too much trouble, even showing me round places at short notice and after office hours. Can't recommend Russell Cope enough
