Robert at sure sales and lettings has been great from the start, from when I enquired about the property, through to the viewing and arranging all other meetings before I decided to proceed. Prompt communication throughout made everything a breeze and the whole rental process was enjoyable. Courteous and understanding and willing to check on progress of my move, making the whole experience worth while and I'm now looking forward to being fully moved in.

I had a good experience so far with Sure sales and Lettings, the staff is very kind and helpful. Initially I was communicating with Jessica Thompson via telephone and emails and she seemed to me very kind and positive person, she replied to my requests quickly and in professional manner. I’m very pleased that my application process moved on so fast. I’m looking forward to have the same good experience throughout my tenancy.

If your thinking of selling, I would definitely recommend Andrew and the team with the sale of your property! From the initial meeting, to the way it was marketed (by far, better than any of the competitors), down to the viewings was faultless. We were fortunate to have had over 20 viewings booked in within the first couple of hours of our property going live online, which resulted in many offers which was fantastic - Andrew was proactive and efficient in securing us the best deal possible. Its been a very long process for us due to COVID but we got there in the end and Andrew was always on hand whenever we needed advise on things. Can not recommend Sure Sales enough.

Having just agreed a let with Sure Sales & Lettings Burton, I can happily recommend them. From the initial contact, through the virtual then physical viewings of the properties I had an interest in, I was impressed by all of the communications I had. This was led mainly by Rob Blakeman, who went beyond to secure me the tenancy I wanted, but all contact with the team has been very positive.

Don't waste your time with this so called "company". Rude, unhelpful, dishonest and completely useless. Zero stars if I could give that. STAY AWAY

Speaking as a current tenant of this (so called) letting agency : STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They are higly unprofessional. Since the beginning they tried to trick me, advertising a room for a price and then trying to increase it when we were signing the contract (I've all their emails proving that) The moment you give them money, they disappear, they are not going to reply your email and they will be ignoring you. Their maintenance guy seemed to be a little bit better than them but at the end of the day he didn't show up for the scheduled maintenance. While you are at home they'll be constantly bring people in to see the property, even if you are perfectly in time with your rent and you made plenty clear you don't wanna leave the house anytime soon. Unprofessional, unpolite and absolutely dishonest. Never rent with them

This agent is absolutely dire. They have no interest in customer service for either the tenant or the landlord. After informing them of a leak in the roof (water was coming through the ceiling) we had to contact them another 4 times to chase them up and push for them to send someone. By the time someone arrived, water damage had caused issues with the floor and obviously the roof...which they will no doubt be getting the landlord to pay for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I had to phone them twice and no customer service. The first time I phoned, I was told that the landlord needs to give me a call back about the property and he would do so the same day. The following day, I called back asking about the same property. Similarly, I was told that the agent who is responsible for that property would call me back on the same day. I provided them with my contact details, however, failed to receive a callback! Would not recommend them! If they fail to give a phone back, I cannot imagine the service they would provide to people viewing the properties!

I am a landlord with 23 years of experience in the industry, and with a substantial portfolio of properties, most of which are let to students. I have worked with quite a few different agents. These guys are absolutely the best! They are honest, straightforward, and accommodating. They are also proactive, looking for potential problems, and alerting me well in advance. In addition, they keep on top of the changing legal situation, both nationally and locally, and make appropriate suggestions in light of the laws and regulations. They also do a good job at managing repairs and refurbishment, achieving good results at very reasonable cost. All of my properties are managed by one member of staff (Alex), and he is remarkably skilled at negotiating with tenants politely, firmly, and effectively. Alex and his boss (Simon) had many years of experience in the industry before they started SJ Properties. They are particularly skilled at working with student properties. They maintain them well, usually get paid on time, and manage to achieve relatively high rents in comparison with the local market. They have also been very effective at managing a nice seafront flat for me. The team have good relationships with the housing offices at the local Universities, and with the relevant City-Council authorities. I am *very* happy with their work, and I can recommend them without reservation.
