Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

Very petty. They never follow through with what they say they are going to do. I will never be using them again. Avoid.

I had no issues with this letting agency during my 1.5 year tenancy. Sadly, on leaving the property after spending two days cleaning it, Tinsley Garner have made a dishonest attempt to charge me £42 in professional cleaning fees. I was informed that "the windows need cleaning and the inside isn't clean enough". When I requested specific information, I received photos that included dust on outside windowsills, dust on the washing machine handle, and a smudge mark on a cupboard door which was left from cleaning. Do not expect your full deposit back unless you fork out for a professional cleaning service. Such a shame, as I had a positive relationship with TG up until this point. I am sure they will leave an unprofessional response accusing me of being a troll, as they have done with the many other 1 star reviews. I suggest that they start acting more professionally and listen to feedback.

I found them very unprofessional and they left me feeling humiliated and embarrassed after my phone call with them, I called regarding a property that went online that day to be told not to bother going for a viewing because if it was between us and someone else she would pick the others. I'm sorry but isn't the business meant to work with the clients and help them find a property not just disregard them if there maybe a few issues? this is not the first time we have had issues with this company and now know to definitely steer clear.

Tinsley Garner provide a professional and highly competent service. We had a lot of issues with our chain and they go that little bit further than the big chain or online estate agents to get you over the line and your property sold.

Communication is pretty dire. Dismissive on the phone and reluctant to help with a relatively simple enquiry. Couldn't even be bothered to call back when promised. Makes me question their integrity. A lucky escape maybe?

Shocking. This viewing was arranged for an elderly relative having to travel some distance to view the property. Contact person was very friendly BUT Arrange to view a property and was told a confirmation email would be sent. It wasn’t! No big deal mistakes happen. So I sent an email to confirm details and time of visit. Received a very pleasant reply thanking me and again told a confirmation email would come. It never did even 4 days later. Day of the appointment 20 minutes before the agreed time. I received a very apologetic phone call asking if the viewing could be delayed 30 minutes because they were having a bad day. Not great but these things happen. 50 minutes later, time of rearranged viewing get another apologetic phone call they cannot find the key so a viewing would not be possible. Elderly relatively now completely stressed out and total confused of what’s going on. Can’t help but also think about the poor people paying them for this service.

***update to your reply*** Good afternoon Samantha, thanks for your reply. I will be in touch if you can provide an email address for personal communication. Screenshots of comments have been taken from Facebook and this has not been fabricated. It's mentally upsetting to be reading messages from people who are not involved in your divorce. I am not sure if this contravenes privacy laws as the sale has now concluded, but taking sides in divorce proceedings should not be happening. I would remind you to talk to your staff to emphasize the importance of keeping opinions to their selves on public forums. Original message. Although they have sold a property reasoqnably well. I am not happy that staff are taking sides on social media with couples that have had a matrimonial split. Surely just stick to selling property and keep away from personal matters.and don't take sides. Very upsetting.

All the Austin and Roe team were brilliant, they were so professional and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They made selling my house so easy and stress free. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
