A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Recently rented out our house in Stafford through Connells. Excellent advice and information was given both before renting and also as we moved through the process. A range of management services offered which gives a good range of flexibility for Landlords. Tenants were found quickly and with ease. Would definitely use Connells again if repeating the process.

Recently used Connells to rent a property. The service from Hannah was second to none. From start to finish Hannah communicated every step clearly. Professional yet friendly, and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend using them to rent properly. Best experience from a letting agent in all my years renting.

Connells has been absolutely fantastic. I needed to rent a place with urgency, and in a matter of two days, I was able to get the property I was interested in. I cannot recommend Connells enough. I dealt with Jess and Liv and they were amazing from the start. So friendly and professional. They helped with my rental from start to finish. Always checking in to see how I was doing. They also have a fantastic app to help set up utilities, it was so easy to use and took the pressure off sorting.

We have let out property, rented property and had property up for sale with Connells Stafford, so I think it's safe to say we've tried all of their services. The customer service is excellent, Ed in particular always comes back to you when he says he will. The cost to let our property was very reasonable and everything was very straight forward. More recently, we've arranged to rent a property while our house is undergoing some insurance works. It's been an incredibly stressful time but Connells have made life much easier than it might otherwise have been. Thoroughly recommended!

Wouldn't recommend at all! I had James Day visit my apartment for an evaluation last year, he clearly didn't care nor was interested in listening to me or providing even a half decent service. He even stated that I should consider offers of £70,000! He even said "You may know the value of this place but I know what people will pay for it, I sell one hundred places in Stafford a month etc". Absolute rubbish! I sold my apartment for £87,500 in the end :-D Also he wanted £1,200 as his fee where another estate agent only charged £850 for an excellent service. Don't go here, they want to put the minimum service in whilst getting the maximum fee and he clearly didn't know the market as well as he claimed as proven by my sale :-D

Fell at the first hurdle! I arranged to view a property that I was keen on buying and had to book a day off work. The viewing went well and I wanted to move towards making an offer, so I checked the website as soon as I got in the car to find the property was sold subject to contract? I called to find out if the website was correct and had a call back the following day to say the property had had 3 offers in that failed so the vendor had sold to a friend? What a waste of time!

I really cannot emphasise just how good this company was, fast friendly service they sold my house within 5 weeks! Then the after care was excellent, Sarah from sales progression was a huge part not only in the smooth sale of my house but with our purchase of a new build. We didn’t have a very good solicitor but with Sarah’s help going above and beyond for us we completed in record time of just 9weeks total. Definitely recommend to use this company.

Just wanted to take the opportunity to pass on my feedback about Sarah who we have been dealing with for the past 2-3 months on our sale and purchase. Not often am I left speechless by the customer service I receive or have witnessed during my time inside and outside of my work. Dealing with Sarah has been like a breath of fresh air and I cannot remember dealing with anyone over the years who exemplifies how to take customer service to the next level. She is an absolute credit to your business and in my opinion should be the blueprint for how your business interacts with it’s customer base. Sarah’s endeavor, tenacity, customer service, interaction, organization and professionalism has made both our selling and buying a breeze – I always felt safe in the knowledge that she was ensuring everything was being managed. Money Money Money Obsessed!!! If you are looking to rent from this organization then stay clear. They have left me feeling Depressed, Frustrated and very upset. After 2 years being a customer renting a home in Stafford for myself and my son who always paid on time even through Covid when I lost my employment I still managed to pay the rent and bills etc. All the visits they do and supposed to come every few months to check on the property always had positive feedback saying the house is being well looked after etc etc. WHEN YOU MOVE OUT. * Will try to keep your deposit money * Manager sends harsh emails * They seem to loose records of works people who attend the property for inspections or call outs etc. * Poor communication, you will constantly be sending emails or calling to get updates. * Once you have cleaned the property to how it was when you moved in they will say its not good enough and employ cleaners without your authorization to do so. I have many videos and pictures of how the property looks when I left it and I am more than happy with the standard and condition more than satisfactory. Actually an improvement to when I moved in. Manager sent me an email today being very abrupt and not even giving me a simple answer to one of my questions. My Question: I would like to know how many hours you are paying for the cleaner to clean just the bathroom. Managers answer: The cleaner will take as long as it takes! This is after I had taken 1 day off work to go to the property to clean and the bathroom was very clean. Think the landlady is trying to sell the property and just trying to keep as much money as she can. Trust me guys stay well clear, I am a decent human being who works hard and always pays my way through life. I would not be writing this if I feel I have someway left the property in a poor state, I have not and for that reason I am letting you guys know.

5 stars isn’t enough, if I could I would have given Jodi and her team 10 out of 10, I couldn’t fault Martins at all, having just sold the family home of 25 years for my parents to down size and move closer to family. There’s no corporate or pushy sales from Martins, Jodi came across as very professional and friendly from the start and we felt that we would get the personal service from Martins. From the first meeting with Jodi for the valuation right the way through to completion nothing was never to much trouble. With what turned into being a complicated sale and with myself not living in Stafford and having to deal with everything over the phone Jodi and her team were always very helpful every step of the way. Martins are a happy, professional and friendly estate agents with a first class approach who are willing to go the extra mile if need be. One tenant is still with us ten (10) years on and others have been in cintinuous occupancy from 2-5 years Tenants are securely vetted and the back up service from the Letting Agents can only be described as brilliant . From the very first visit to completion, the support and service offered by Alison, Michael, Sue and the team was excellent. All advice was grounded in professional knowledge and expertise, but the approach was very supportive and personalised. I was very impressed with the service I had from all the staff at Bridgfords especially Alison who dealt with me the most. When she came out to value my late Mum's house she gave me really useful information about selling and probate. She recommended an 'offers over' approach to the marketing of the property, which got me a quick sale and a very good price. She was very approachable and professional throughout the process. As we moved towards exchange and completion, she rang or emailed me with updates from the buyer regularly, which I found very reassuring. A great job well done.
