3 letting agents in Kidsgrove

Completely incompetent service and even worse communication. Was taken to view a house that was no longer on the market and the viewer hadn’t agreed to the viewing, despite ourselves being told untruthfully otherwise. Quite clear that nobody in the office had a clue what was going on and would rather embarrass customers than admit an error. Had a missed call from them, rang back to enquire to be told they had no idea who had rang me or why! Encouraged to put an offer on a house that wasn’t for sale, only to be ignored having done so. Have found out since that the estate agent we dealt with was a friend of the vendor and this was part of some game being played. Avoid this company as they are completely unprofessional and time-wasters.

1 star is being far too generous. I’m not sure if they follow any code of conduct or morality in the business the practice. Despite several phone calls and emails enquiring about an offer made on a property i was still unable to get and update or response from the estate agent. Felt as though I was being sent on a wild goose chase. It would seem the best way to sell your house would to be literally put a board up outside as it’s not really these guys that sell your house, but it is in fact websites that they post their properties on. Seems a steep cost for someone to just post a picture of your house on the internet. Your better off dealing with the vendor yourself. Very unresponsive.

1 star was way too much as they are the worst estate agents that I have ever came across. On top of that THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU TO GIVE YOU ANY UPDATE! They need to change their names as they do not make or provide any peace ! Been chasing them and the seller for months to complete the purchase and what a service do they offer! Communication is ZERO! I had to call and chase them up everyday to speed things up, lost money left and right to complete the purchase and then all of the sudden the seller decided to stop communicating anymore ( due to the property was chain, they didn’t tell me even though I asked about it) ! Rather than being honest with me from the very beginning ( six months ago ) they decided to drag things up resulting me paying the price. Overall not pleased with the service, would not recommend even to my worst enemy! Avoid at all times!!!!

Just completed on the sale of my bungalow this morning and I have to say I can't fault these estate agents. They found me a buyer within one week of going on the market and they kept me up to date all the way through with weekly phonecalls. The staff were always very friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. I'd definitely recommend them as you can expect 1st class service. Thank you to the whole team.

Absolutely brilliant team! Faultless to the end. With being a first time buyer I was very nervous and impatient. Maddie and the team kept me up to date with all that was happening. They fought a battle to get me my desired property and made me feel so at ease throughout the whole process knowing it was all in hand! Thanks again guys for a quick and painless experience. We contacted a lady named Dee to consider having city wise to find a tenant and manage a property that i have been letting out for a while and after having a short conversation i very quickly felt very confident that my property will be looked after moving forward and after a couple of weeks they found and moved a new tenant in and i must say the fees are really cheap from past experiences with the bigger agents cant recommend them enough

Dee was lovely and very helpful when helping us to find the perfect property. We didn’t get the first house we viewed but she helped us to get a viewing of the different property straight away.
