She worked very hard to get a sale that was both swift and at a good price and she was kind, thoughtful and gave much helpful advice. She was also held in high esteem by the other professionals we met during the process of marketing and selling the house. TOP SERVICE FOR LETTING! We had completion on the Friday, picked up the keys to our Apartment on the Saturday and on the Monday it was let! Louise was a great help guiding us through the whole process (as first time Landlords we really appreciated this). Niccola Jane went above and beyond to help with some problems with the Council Tax and to assist me in my quest to challenge the Band Rating of the property. Very impressive.

Being a nervous first time buyer I felt completely overwhelmed with everything I needed to do to get on the property ladder. Everything from start to finish has been dealt with in a very friendly, polite and efficient manner. We felt very relaxed in all our communications with them as they were all so pleasant to chat to. For us, in this busy stamp duty holiday period, we found that the Sale Progression team has been outstanding in not letting the sale just stagnate amongst all the other properties the solicitors were dealing with. They continued to regularly contact both the buyers and our own solicitors to ensure everything was moving in the right direction and liase with ourselves and the buyer to keep us fully updated. Without this I believe completion would have been delayed by a good while. Highly recommended.

1 year on from my move, generally I used to feel estate agents earn money for nothing, but OMG that is not the case for those guys, our sale went through so many ups and downs and nearly fails and Edge Goodrich kept it together that the deal happened. An excellent personalised service. Matt and his team looked after us when our first sale ended abruptly on exchange day for no apparent reason. They found us another buyer very quickly and hand held this sale through to completion. Throughout the whole experience they treated us as valued friends and looked after us throughout. They are not driven by sales targets but maintain high moral standards in a difficult industry. We thoroughly recommend them.
