The single best UK Lettings Agency; Northwood is a fantastic company with incredible properties available across the board, however what separates this company from all others is the staff. Tim and Charlotte of the Hereford division are incredible. I have dealt with numerous letting agencies over a 10 year period and pulled my hair out over how they and the staff operate. With Northwood it is the exact opposite. Tim and Charlotte have been immediately responsive to my enquiry, understood that getting into a new place was important and the timing was key. I viewed the property, got the documents later that day and then was paid up and ready to move in within the week. They then went to lengths to ensure the move was done in the time needed, all checks completed and keys handed over within the second week. This is unbelievable. To add onto that, they have then been there as needed for any further questions and/or support. Even on weekends. Truly showing why Northwood is the go to lettings agency. having used Connells for the first time i was very impressed with Lavina. she was professional, so well mannered, bubbly and not pushy but sharp, she always got back to us promptly and made us feel like she had no other customers, when, i know she must have been buried ! 10 out of 10 to her for service personality and professionalism !!!!. Marc is also a well mannered manager who clearly has a good team supporting him, and from what i saw they all get along well and create a lovely warm feeling when entering their branch

After communicating with a member of the team after previously leaving a strongly worded one star review I still stand by most of what I had originally stated. I feel the service we received was not great. The members I spoke to were pleasant but there was certainly a delay in getting a call back/response. As a local business I have been too hasty leaving a rather harsh review when I should have contacted them directly first to resolve. That is all I have to say.

Note - chancellors were made aware I had heard they'd got a bad rep... Spent some time talking to a gent on the phone about properties. Long story short in the end he says he'll email the upcoming of that specific area. No email. No contact. Not a great piece of customer service. Not sure I'd trust a negligent company with my housing

We were buying a house through chancellors, unfortunately it fell through near completion. From the first viewing they were professional and quick to email us back.

This agent is still showing discrimination against people who have to claim housing benefit, stating no DSS on your adverts. this is why they don't advertise on right move anymore as right move have banned these kind of ads. If you use arena lettings to let your property arena lettings are allowing you to be put in a situation that could find you in court and having to pay costs and compensation, it's not the agent that gets into trouble it's you as your the landlord. I urge all landlords that use arena to make sure they are not putting you in the firing line. Shocking

I have since 2005 been a tenant of Arena Lettings, over three properties in various locales around Hereford. I can, as a salaried professional say they are one of the finest letting agents I have encountered in a lifetime spent in four countries around the world renting various properties from various agents. Arena are fair and impartial, transparent and effective communicators. I would highly recommend them as an agent for a property you may wish to rent, or as a prospective tenant.

Rude, dishonest and unprofessional. Pretty much the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

Haven't even got as far as a valuation and already not had a call back, and then a no show for a valuation, barely an apology. Can't be bothered attitude

So unprofessional. A racist comment was made and when I complained about it, it was ignored. Rent was taken from my tenants on 20th december to avoid problems over Christmas, I didn't receive this until 3rd of January and only after I chased them repeatedly. I am still waiting for payment for my white goods that were in the property, this was arranged with a 3rd party by flint and cook.the way I was spoken to on a number of occasions was so uncalled for. They also kept a key after I explicitly told them that all keys were to be given to the tenants and this was withheldfrom them until I complained. I would never use this company and would certainly not recommend them at all.

From the first viewing to the end of the sale and everything in between, Diamond have been incredibly helpful and professional. I won't share the names of employees but the lady who has dealt with our house purchase has been nothing but excellent at every encounter. Having recently gone through the arduous task of selling a property with another agent in the area, the juxtaposition between Diamond and the other company has been like dark and light. Could not song their praises enough.
