Left me with dodgy electrics for years despite numerous calls and visits to the office and various staff promising to get it sorted. Kitchen and bathroom so old they were falling to bits and noting ever done when I called to report issues..The last time I called to report an ongoing issue which they never sorted, I was told by (rosana I think her name was) in a snoty tone to calm down as its not her fault because it's the first she knew about it which was a blatant lie as I'd been in the office twice and explained it to her face to face.The place was in need of repair when I moved in but hardly anything was ever done. I never missed rent in nearly 8 years yet they hounded me for 3 years for an alleged £35 they said I owed, which I showed them proof I'd paid but they still kept sending threatening letters. I could write an essay on how bad this company really is. One of my smoke alarms broke when I moved in and was hanging off the ceiling with wires dangling down and when they came to do a property inspection they marked on the checklist that all smoke alarms were working and had been tested! Absolutely unbelievable. Another time I was in reporting my dodgy electrics and broken extractor and Roberta who was very rude and had no interest told me I'd never complained about it before. I told her I'd reported it to her several times and also to Heather to which she replied there's no Heather that works at leaders and she'd never heard of her. This was very bizarre, especially when I saw Heather walk past in the back and told Roberta she was behind her. The reply I got was "I haven't got time for this" and she walked off! Two days after I handed in my notice an electrician called to say leaders had instructed him to fix the dodgy electrics and extractor fan which I couldn't believe as I'd been complaining for a few years. When I phoned leaders to say how disgusting it was that they were sorting it out once I'd left, I was told they hadn't instructed anyone to sort it, which is a blatant lie as an electrician couldn't guess my name address and phone number, as well as who I rent through and what the exact problem was. Shockingly bad who have no interest in their tenants at all.

Me and my partner are due to start renting with Leaders next month, and so far the process has been smooth. Sophie Clifton has been helping me since the start, and has remained in consistent contact with me, providing regular updates on any progress with our application, and has answered my many queries very quickly. Appalling lack of professionalism when dealing with suppliers. I carried out some work for them in August 2020 and am still waiting for an invoice to be settled in April 2021 despite lots of reminders to Lara. I have constantly been promised this week or this month but still no payment seven months on. If the service to their clients and tenants is half as good as the way they treat contractors, it would be best if you avoid them. Poor.

Really happy with the service provided by Centrick. I viewed a flat on Monday, its now Thursday and I have the flat reserved. The process has been incredibly swift, and Charlotte has been very helpful and personable.

Amazing experience on Saturday here. We had the Taster menu (with champagne and oysters) and the whole meal was a journey in flavour. Our favourites were the sea bream with heritage carrot and the venison with shallots, although every dish gave a wow factor. The service was exceptional- never too much, yet always attentive and the general vibe of the building left us both very happy. Cant wait to go back.

We have recently sold through Your Move Bromsgrove, Sam was courteous, polite, knowledgeable and very thorough. Sam was the third estate agent to come and value our house and what a difference, not only did he know his onions he suggested marketing £20,000 higher than nearest competitor and how well that turned out for us. Still working on getting all of our deposit back as they made up charges right at the end. I've chased them so many times now I've lost count. They won't deal with a lot of queries on the phone, just tell you to write an email and put the phone down. At which they then just ignore the emails. Would not recommend

LOOK AT THE 5-STAR REVIEWERS ON HERE AND GO ON THEIR PROFILES - THEY ARE ALL REVIEWING THE SAME RANDOM PLACES IN RANDOM PARTS OF COUNTRY/worldwide WITH 5 STAR GENERIC REVIEWS - THESE ARE FAKE REVIEWERS (probably been bought by MasonKnight) LOLLLL Eg bit of a coincidence that like 10 individuals have all given 5 stars to you, and also all 5 star reviews to 'Finsbuy Media' in Guildford, 'Original Barcelona Pub Crawl' in Spain, and 'Mia Italian Restaurant' in Edinburgh etc. This can be seen on the profiles of people who have written more than one review, but I would bet that lots of the 5star reviews from people with only one review to their name are fake too. Masonknight have even responded to a few of them. How embarrassing that you are having to buy your own reviews. BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS - VERY COMMON FOR COMPANIES (including on Amazon etc) TO BUY GOOD REVIEWS NOWADAYS - LOOK AT 'WHICH'/BBC INFO/ARTICLES ABOUT IT. I have reported this to Google - PLEASE CAN EVERYONE DO THE SAME TO STOP THESE CONNERS!!

My review is on behalf of my partner. I for one have not rented from these people and thankfully, never will however I was with my girlfriend Terri who did and had a terrible experience with Mason Knights. I have seen the communication and it’s not professional at all and wish friends and family to avoid. I also did a bit of research on the reviews. Interesting how they are quick to call 1 star reviews “fake”. When all of the 5 star reviews have no profile pictures and if you look at the accounts with multiple reviews, very rarely are reviews on UK businesses. But most the 1 stars, have profile pictures and not afraid to share their identity. I suspect most of their 5 star reviews are paid for or from fake accounts.

Excellent help and support throughout the buying of my house, particularly from Louise whom I mostly dealt with. My emails were replied to promptly, and Louise was extremely patient with all my queries! She always kept me up to date with the progress. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

We chose Mike from Belvoir to manage our property from November 2020. He was highly recommended by a friend. Belvoir has really helped in putting our mind at rest. Mike and his team is super efficient and the communication is very good too. He gives excellent advice on matters when needed and so far all their help and advice has been very valuable. Belvoir has regularly updated us with any government guidelines that have changed due to Covid 19. I would recommend them highly.

Being a guardian with Global guardians for the past 3 years has been a great experience. I've lived in 2 amazing buildings and made really good friends. Myself and my partner have now bought a house (partially made possible by saving money through being guardians!) and are leaving guardianship life behind with heavy hearts. We're really going to miss this chapter in our lives.

I found out about Global Guardians thanks to a friend. I managed to get a flat with them after joining a group viewing. During the viewing only one of the 6 flats that I have seen was in a better condition. The rest of the flats were in a bad shape, windows had wholes and didn't close properly, bad flooring. But this can all be fixed if you are willing to put some work into it. But the rent is really cheap so even though I had to spend money in the beginning to make the flat look satisfactory it's still worth it. There is a one month notice so this was the only thing that was worrying me at the time. Several times before the lockdown, Global Guardian employees would come to check the property and take pictures of the place. If I didn't answer the door because for example I was sleeping or working and I didn't hear the knock they would enter the house and then I find a stranger inside my house, which can be really uncomfortable. A text message or a phone call would be ideal. The staff is nice and polite. I never had any problem with them. Overall, I would Recommend.

They went above and beyond to ensure I was making the best decision and offered me a great package on the lettings side to get the sale over the line. Having completed within 8 weeks of agreeing the sale, I was particularly impressed with Aimee who helped progress the sale efficiently. They have a different approach to most agencies but they get the results, I was a little concerned about paying the reservation fee at the start however this was explained to me and returned in full when the sale completed as promised. They are professional, pragmatic, organised, responsive, reasonable and adjust their communication to suit their customer (landlord / tenant / service provider). The best selling experience ever ( comparing to London, Essex and Shropshire area). The house valuation completed by Max was very friendly and professional with presenting all the pros and cons, avoiding any kind of pushy techniques. He explained us all the related costs and process. Even though our sale collapsed due to our buyer’s issues, ladies from Colman’s Estate ( Dawn and Jo) were very proactive by re-advertising the property in timely manner and arranged 10 viewings within two days. We have accepted another offer really quickly. Very supportive approach, monitoring the progress from both ends- buyers and sellers and communication was superb. We have never had an issue to contact the office and check the progress. We have used recommended by Colman’s Estate solicitor as a part of the package what was absolutely seamless experience. We have recommended successfully this particular estate agents to our neighbors and friends, as they could see the progress of our sale.

First time going through the rental process and Coleman's made this very simple and stress free. Phil did my viewing and was knowledgeable and professional and provided helpful information on how to proceed.
