Hayley Mcgarry from Belviour has been an absolute star. When i viewed a property for rent with her, full PPE was worn and she showed myself and my friend round twice to ensure that it was what i wanted. When i told her about my current circumstances, she not only got my references done faster than it normally would, i moved into my new place 5 days after viewing! She also checked in almost everyday to ensure that everything was OK. I had full updates every time something happened and she was happy to find answers for my questions. She's an absolute star and hands down does her job to the best of her ability. Cannot thank her enough!

After having an online estate agent value my property I asked Taylors and they said it was worth over £40,000 more. They were as good as their word and sold my house very quickly. The whole experience was very good. It gave me confidence as Holly was constantly keeping me updated and even chasing the conveyancing solicitor for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Taylors.

Very professional establishment. Chris was excellent throughout, with updates and what was happening, along with Abi who was showing people around our property. Sold our property on the 2nd viewing and for the asking price, was very happy all round. Would highly recommend.

I'm looking to purchase a property and have spoken with a number of agents in the Swindon and Dorset area, but found a number of them lacking in responsiveness and customer service skills. It was refreshing to engage with Anna who is clearly extremely professional, understands how to manage a prospective customer and is proud to represent the Allen & Harris team. Kudos to Anna for doing a great job and making my experience memorable. I'm sure Anna will continue to be successful and lead from the front.

Found Allen & Harris a very professional and friendly company. Unfortunately we didn't go ahead and buy with them, as we have found another property elsewhere. However, I have stopped here to say, that viewing done by Mark Woolhouse, was one of, if not the best viewing out all the ones we have had so far. I hope the rest of the process would be as good as the viewing.

Very good agents - Mr Mark was always prompt and carried out viewings in a professional manner and Miss Abby was also very friendly every time we spoke to her. We also need to thank Mr Jamie for helping us secure our next house.

Too many additional charges when tenancy ends. I stayed at 124 Dunsford close and they charged me for lot of things inside the home and outside too.. worst one i remember was handed over the key and after 3 days one of the member told me there is a small plant of 10cm with flowers close to driveway i have not cleared it and charged me additional 50£ for that. I told the guy i will come and clear it off but he told me still i am liable to pay 50£ for his next appointment to check the same which is cleared or not. I have professionally cleaned and painted and give still they deducted almost 1/2 of my deposit. Kindly not choose them.

We sold our house through Ridgeway and they were most polite, helpful and efficient. James and Daisy particularly were always available but if they weren't they returned calls and dealt quickly with any queries we had. Highly recommended.

Buying home in UK is really overwhelming and it becomes even more tricky when you are a first time buyer and to make it worst usually property agents work for seller as they are paid by them. During my home buying journey during Feb'21 till Jun'21, Thomas Howell shown incredible professionalism and responsiveness in handing my queries. He was direct and to the point in his communication, this saved a lot of valuable time. I would rather say due to Tom, I was able to buy my first home in UK. I had a quick valuation and was on the market within no time at all. Chancellors are confident of finding the right buyer quicly. Only criticism so far is that the time taken to call back could be quicker but hopefully that will be addressed soon.

Very competent guy and extremely personable ! In fact the whole team at Chancellor's are a credit to the agency . Having sold our property with Chancellors in a very short space of time I can only say they deliver in terms of results. Tom Howell has been our main point of contact and I have been pleased with his honest and friendly approach. Some administration aspects could be better (hence the 4 stars) but the people I have dealt with (especially Tom) have all been very good. I would be more than happy to recommend Tom and his team.

Great agency. I rented a room for 3 months. I had a problem with the first place, but it was quickly resolved. I had all support and fast response from the agency. The second house was great. The room was bright and fully furnished. It was quite cheap as well. It was really great.

Fantastic, I thought it was too good to be true at first “sell your home for free” But from the moment they came over to value my home I was sure I was going to use this company.
