Mashroom
21 Navigation Business Village Navigation Way, Preston, Lancashire, North West, England, PR2 2YP
Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.
Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!
User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.
A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.
Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

Fox & Sons - Salisbury
6/8 Castle St, Salisbury, Wiltshire, South West, England, SP1 1BB
Poor customer service especially from the accounts department - excuses from the local office was repeatedly that the accounts was out of there hands. I never failed to pay my rent on time but received 6 arrears notices over a 5 year period, all mistakes admitted by them - one pinging on my email waking me just after 5am on Easter Sunday morning telling me I’d not paid my rent in full. Again a mistake subsequently admitted by them. I just found their responses very flaky and the whole experience very annoying, especially as I always paid on time. Luckily I had a very nice and understanding landlady - who was as equally annoyed with them as I was - I’d never recommend fox and sons or any company that’s part of the sequence group. As one member of staff told me ‘sadly we are now just a small fish in a huge ocean since we have been taken over’. My advice is to choose a different agent where customer service is better. I’d never recommend anyone use Fox and Sons.
Corey and Alex are very in lettings team are very helpful and professional . Highly recommend to use their service.
Amy recently came to the house to advise on selling etc. She was very professional and gave a great service. Would recommend.
Unfortunately we were unable to continue with the sale of our property, however, everyone at Fox & Sons Salisbury were extremely helpful throughout the selling process. At times things can get frustrating but Amy in particular would do everything she could to assist with anything we threw at her. When our circumstances change we will not hesitate to give them a call once again!
Thanks for all your help to make our move easy! Nothing was too much trouble.

LD Property Management
7 High St, Fareham, Wiltshire, South West, England, SP1 1HG
Rang up to enquire about a property and treated badly on phone by Tom! Very rude and vitriolic
I'm not sure that it really matters if I am a tenant or the owner, your email clearly stated this issue was down to condensation after one of your guy's came and tried to look through a vent with his mobile phone light. As I explained the wall is only wet after wet weather, even during the summer months. And as I said if this is down to condensation both outer corners of the the flat would be suffering the same issue.
I write this review as a tenant of a flat below a property that LD Property manage. We live in a Maisonette. The issue of a defective floor was reported to Cliff Newcombe of LD Property on the 5th June 2020. Their floor (my ceiling) started making loud cracking noises to the extent it would wake 2 or 3 times a night. Between 11th June and August 2x workmen attended the property and confirmed there was an issue with the floating floor. Due to tenants being present the floor carpet was unable to be lifted due to their furniture. During September the tenants informed me that they were leaving the property and I contacted LD Property to confirm that the work would be carried out once they had vacated. I spoke on the phone to the director John Noonan who confirmed that it was on the list of jobs to do once the property was vacant and not to worry. Property was vacated 31st August until 11th September and no work was carried out. 14th September I spoke to Cliff who couldn't answer the question as to why nobody had attended whilst it was vacant, he also informed me that a new tenant had moved in. I confirmed the noise is still present and that it needs to be rectified regardless. I was informed by Cliff that a maintenance worker had attended the property but was not qualified to carry out the work. Instead another contractor would have a look but he was not available until November. I said this was not an acceptable time frame as this had been going on since June. Cliff said that he would be contacting other contractors but does not want to use anybody from Checkatrade. 7th October i spoke to my landlord who has over 40 years experience in the construction industry. He provided a contact to discuss with LD Property about visiting the property and carrying out an inspection. If not then to use ratedpeople to source a contractor quicker. I spoke to my landlord who confirmed that his contact had spoken to Cliff on the 7th October. Cliff was then to arrange with the tenant a suitable day and time for a visit. 12th October spoke with Cliff to ask if he had spoken to the tenant about the arrangement and the answer was not yet. Cliff stated he had been away/busy the rest of that week. Cliff informed me he would be away next week and I indicated that I'd like contact to be made with the tenant today. Cliff said yes but then went on to say "not keep chasing up, that he manages lots of other properties and that they listen to the owners of other properties". Firstly, I am absolutely astounded at being spoken to in that way. I have been more than patient since this issue was reported. It's due to the lack of organization, communication and competency of LD Property as to why I have had to chase and the issue is still not resolved after 5 months. Secondly, after this call I rang to speak to John Noonan to make a complaint. Cliff answered the phone and informed me that he was out. I said I'd like to leave a message for John to contact me back and Cliff said "he won't be". That is disgraceful. My wellbeing and my sleep has been severely affected during all of this and your website stating about "the highest levels of customer service" has completely fallen flat. As the director of the company I trust that John will be making contact with me and my landlord to deal with this.
I feel well looked after as a landlord and although a new customer, so far I feel their service has been thorough, responsive and considerate. Would recommend.
Very helpful and professional throughout, from booking the viewing up to collecting the keys and everything in between. Would recommend. A special mention to Jayne who has been excellent.

The two stars are only for the fast response of the company's representative to my emails. Otherwise, the website does not provide accurate information about the location of the properties. As a result,I found the apartment of my dreams between other properties in Salisbury...just to discover afterwards that this specific one was actually located in...Manchester. It was a massively disappointing and devastating experience.
The service given to us by Harvey was second to none. The communication before and after viewings was spot on and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.
Great service. I would highly recommend!

Salisbury Lettings
, Salisbury, Wiltshire, South West, England, SP1 2PU
Absolutely blown away by how kind, professional, responsive and just all round amazing Salisbury Lettings have been. I’ve spoken to and dealt with nearly all estate agents in Salisbury over the past few months and these guys are hands down the most helpful and human in the whole of Salisbury. Michelle in particular has been nothing short of a godsend and I’ll be forever grateful. Couldn’t recommend enough! Other agents should take a lesson from these guys on how to treat people. Thank you, Salisbury Lettings 🏡
Very professional in every aspect of their profession
