5 letting agents in Old Town

Carla refused to provide key information on new tenants when I bought a BTL property they had previously been managing. Over a week after email request sent no response. Claims information has been ‘archived’ and is unavailable. Not exactly a shining example.

Anita is absolutely fantastic! My mother, partner and I are extremely thankful for all of her hard work, she went above and beyond to get us a lovely flat in the area. She knew we were travelling up from London and made us feel very welcomed. She also ensured we made the most of the time we were visiting by showing us many properties in a short space of time. We also found it so helpful when she shared her first hand knowledge of the area - a very efficient, thoughtful and personal service. Throughout each stage of the process we had no doubt Anita had our best interests in mind. Joel was also very helpful setting up the appointments too thank you! In the future we definitely will be using Mcfarlane services again - 5 stars all round thank you again :)

Sue and her team have managed my property for a number of years, and I couldn't wish for a better service. Communication is first class, with regular inspections, and any issues dealt with promptly and efficiently. Always seem to find the perfect tenant as well!
