Threatening & abusive to my daughter when she asked for her full deposit back even though hand back checks had been signed off as acceptable, the owners who were just as bad said she & her family could leave for her new property early as new tenants had been found but wanted to keep £600 of the deposit saying they were leaving early! Never got anything fixed, if you raised an issue they’d turn on you thinking your complaining. Freezing cold house all winter despite numerous requests & a 3yr old in the house, in the end we paid for a plumber to come & tell us it was all installed wrong & they just said they were probably going to sell it in March anyway, which started my daughter looking elsewhere. Promised them a lot was going to be done to the property but ripped them off & delivered nothing. When the woman rang my daughter she said she was going to “get nasty” sorry you may think you can treat young people/families trying to make a start in life like that but it’s not acceptable so had to write this review.

Kate has been managing a property that I rent for several years and I have always found her to be very prompt when dealing with any issues that came up while living here.
