Furthermore, following completion, we needed some information and she returned our call promptly providing excellent extra after sales service. I would thoroughly recommend this branch.

All of the staff knew the details of the instruction, although I predominantly dealt with Nisha. I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to go out of my way to write an excellent one for James and Lauren (letting agents). James and Lauren came in to the house I wanted to let, and were confident, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. I can't recommend then enough! Thank you very much.

In a muddy and rainy day came in with her shoes, walked into the hour on carpets not caring at all. Introduced herself as she has 13 or 15 year experience i don't remember. But she valued the house compared to my neighbours house regardless of the size of the house plot, the garage, the house position and she extra's that come with it. I was not able to comment because the valuer though she knows better. It's like comparing a Lamborghini with Fiat 124 Spider as the same because both have two seats. Not given a chance to comment thinking that she knows it all and we know nothing. Contacted the estate agent, they support her valuations and happy with what she does. By the way my house was valued just before the difference was £23000. In my opinion this is good for them to sell quick and make money but very bad for the seller. Wasted our time. Inaccurate valuers. I don't recommend them.
