Having originally bought the property via Chris he understood our property and produced a fantastic brochure and introduced the right clients to us. Despite an arduous journey due to the length of the chain and the agendas of our people in the chain. By keeping in regular contact with all other agents involved they were able to keep us informed of what was happening. We give no hesitation in recommending them to both buyers and sellers alike.

When searching for an agent to use to sell our home, Goodman & Lilley was recommended to me by a friend that recently moved albeit with another agent! I was extremely happy with the service I received when I sold my house through Goodman & Lilley. It ended up being a pretty complex and difficult sale with many obstacles, but I was never in doubt that they were working hard and doing their best for me. Throughout the process they liaised with solicitors and kept me up to date with everything that was happening. I always felt reassured by the easy lines of communication, which in my experience is not the norm when dealing with estate agents. Would I recommend them? Without question Yes I would. (I also used them previously to let the property and had great experience with that as well...).

What can I say. This team go above and beyond to ensure you get the best service possible. Always on hand to support myself and my partner through the whole process from selling our house to buying our dream home. Every member of staff really care for each and every customer and it's not just a job for them. The process was a long one for me but the support throughout was second to none and I really don't think I would have got through this without all their support. Very pleased with the service received. Only took a couple of days from first enquiry to having the property on the website with virtual viewing. Had an offer and sale within a week and plenty of follow up calls to confirm everything was satisfactory.
