We were only able to agree terms to buy a house in late May but the staff, RORY SLOANE in particular, was very professional and kept pressure on the solicitor's to enable a speedy and successful sale to.progress through to Legal Completion within 4 weeks. Texts were exchanged out of hours that was above and beyond the service expected.

The Photos that were taken were top Notch, the description was accurate and very well written, highlighting the key points to our property perfectly. Skip past all the others including C&T and go to Cork Street and meet the team.

Would highly recommend Lewis Gray for their friendliness, professionalism and above all, their integrity. Genuinely honest and lovely people who have great local knowledge and seem to actually care about both the buyer and the vendor. None of the negative ideas about estate agents seem to apply to them. Wouldn't consider using any other estate agent in town :)

As a polite & professional person, having had the misfortune to deal with this woman this year, this is no letting agency or letting agent but an unprofessional, dishonest, incompetent, & verbally abusive individual an experience shared by others who have also reported the ‘agency’. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. No doubt false & counter positive reviews will now appear, written up by the agency owner herself.

I have been dealing with Prima Lettings as a tenant for over 2 years now and Tracey is the most lovely and professional person anyone could ever hope to have as a Lettings agent.
