A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Absolutely could not fault Edison Ford for their service. From start to finish Tanya helped market and sell our property....we even purchased through them too! Our mortgage was also arranged through Edison Ford, which took all the hassle of trying to search and organise off our hands. I would highly recommend them.

Tanya's efforts throughout the process is what earns Edison Ford 5*s from us. We had a bumpy sale/purchase but throughout she did everything she could to corral the chains (yes, both of them!) into completion. She was very responsive (aside from one lost email but that was quickly resolved) and for the most part was the best informed person in the process. Without her encouragement I'm not sure the other agents would have spoken at all! Huge thanks go to her for helping us move!

We had a complicated chain which threw up quite a few issues. Everyone we dealt with at Edison Ford were extremely helpful and worked hard to find solutions as problems came up. I highly recommend Edison Ford and would definitely use their services again if we ever move.

Over the yrs they have managed my property, promptly sorted any issues that have arose and when I was considering selling offered solid market advise and a great pre and post sale service.
