We had a very long and drawn-out process due to slow solicitors and others in the chain. The only saving grace was Perry Bishop. They negotiated well for us which meant we could put in an offer on an amazing house! They've been easy to get in contact with and were happy to help with any queries and questions. The sales progression team, in particular Jade, were fantastic and sympathetic to a frustrating lead up to exchange. She worked tirelessly to chase things up and down the chain, and always got information back to us as soon as she was able, for which we are very grateful and we cannot recommend or thank her enough. They have been great throughout the process and we are due to move to our dream house on Wednesday!
We engaged Perry Bishop and Chambers to sell my late Mother’s house. From the first contact we found everyone we dealt with to be extremely professional and we had complete confidence in them. We recently purchased a house that Perry Bishop were the acting Estate Agent for and we found them to be extremely helpful; from the beginning they went out of their way to get me a viewing at the house we liked at very short notice as we had a small window available to us to fit in the viewing. Once our offer was accepted we found them to be very professional and very good at communicating with us as the purchase processed. I was in regular contact with Lucy in the Sales Progression team and found her extremely helpful and professional. They were certainly a much better example of good customer service over the Estate Agent I had used for the sale of my previous property. We chose Perry Bishop because they were selling the house that we originally had intended to purchase. Gavin and the sales team were highly professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. In particular, Lucy in the sales progression team was exceptional in dealing with the various parties in the chain, and without her persistence and diplomacy, we would not have been able to complete. She certainly went above and beyond, and she also kept us informed of progress on a weekly basis. We would have no hesitation in recommending Perry Bishop to others.
We dealt with Gavin, Ruth and Lucy at Perry Bishop. We found all three to be professional, helpful and very communicative. We were happy with the price for which the house was sold, which was achieved with a minimum of fuss. Throughout the process we felt fully informed and never had to chase. We received good advice and guidance in respect of marketing and valuing the property. Would use again and fully recommend.

Awful experience of being a tenant in a Morgan Associates managed property. During the first lockdown, they messed me about with extending the tenancy agreement, ripping it up and saying I needed to move out within a month (when the government told landlords they cannot expect tenants to move out). They then had the cheek to say they want to go back to the original arrangement, but for an extra £50 a month. Stuart was incredibly inept in his role as general manager & failed to get back to me on a number of issues. They then charged me for landlord designated costs. It took 3 months to get my deposit back, when it legally has to be returned within a month. I cannot express how disappointing an experience it was dealing with this company. Only given 1 star as you can't give 0 stars. The only saving grace was Henry, the sales manager who was incredibly helpful at the start and put in loads of additional work to get the property looking smart, which was hugely appreciated.
Morgan Associates both rented and then sold my property. I wasn't living in the local area and they literally managed everything for me making the whole process so simple and stress free. Henry was fantastic to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you.
I was a tenant through Morgan Associates for over 5 years and have since rented via another property management company - oh my days Morgan Associates are far better! Easy to report issues to and fixed them very quickly. It's a shame we got served notice because our landlord was intending to sell - and 6 months later the property is still on the market. However that's not Morgan Associates' fault and they handled serving our notice with dignity and care - big thanks to Henry in particular who came round in 24 hours notice to give us honest advice on what would be classed as fair wear and tear. My only gripes were that we moved in to ruined carpets and missing lightbulbs. We also had inspections every three months over the five years, which felt a little excessive and inconvenient once we'd been there for a couple over years, but if I was letting my property in the future I would know that Morgan Associates' were doing their due diligence and then some!
Henry from the sales side of Morgans is handling the sale of our house in Cheltenham. He's been reliable, enthusiastic and helpful from the start, guiding us through it all and communicating thoroughly along the way. UPDATE: 'We had a positive experience using Morgan Associates for the sale of our house in Cheltenham. Two agents had previously failed to sell it - Henry sold it on the third viewing and we were very happy with the whole process. Highly recommend Morgan Associates.'

Having recently sold a property via Newcombe Residential, I can't recommend them highly enough. The sale was hassle free and straight forward. They were extremely conscientious, courteous and respectful. The purchasers also gave positive feedback. Newcombe communicated all developments to me without delay. The asking price was also achieved, having given an honest appraisal of my former home. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their first class service.
I rented through Newcombe Residential for 18 months and found that Gregory and his team were very helpful and friendly. Was not ripped off either (in fact received my full deposit back after giving the place a thorough clean) when it came to receiving my security deposit as is the case with some of the larger letting agents.

Absolute scumbags that’s don’t manage your property with any care or professionalism!
At first the estate agents seemed polite and nice, however in truth as soon as they received their agency fee's they cared little for customer after care, they took a 125 pounds fee and then we had a lot of problems with the landlord, we rang up for help and they said it is nothing to do with us, didn't help one bit so what was the fee's for? would not recommend these unhelpful and rude estate agents at all.
Dire service and communication throughout. Unscrupulous at best.
Used the company for nearly 3 years with my flat and they were fantastic. All my issues were sorted out immediately and the girls were incredibly friendly. I’d definitely use them again.
I have been renting through Falcon Lettings for the past 3 years and they have been absolutely fantastic. All the staff are very friendly and are really helpful. I have rented properties in Cheltenham for 8 years and Falcon are by far the best company I have dealt with. They will make you feel at ease during your move. Highly recommended!!!!
