Committed and professional in every way. We were very impressed with Sophie with her valuation and her knowledge of the whole letting process we were put at ease with her kind and professional manner. We then had Jasmine to guide us, she was quick to reply to any of our questions and she kept prompting us to fill in the forms they needed.!! The whole process of finding new tenants was very quick and the viewing was conducted in a safe and professional way with Covid in mind . Would use them again .

Jasmine assisted us in renting a property. All social distancing measures were taken seriously during the viewing and Jasmine was very helping in answering any of our questions. She was also incredibly responsive to our emails and has made the whole process very simple. In the past, I have found other companies dragging their feet a bit when applying which can be frustrating, but everything here was done in such a timely manner! We’ve been very impressed.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Lynda and the team for their outstanding support in helping my elderly parents sell their cottage recently. Lynda went far above and beyond her role by providing constant feedback, reassurance and responsiveness to any queries they had, sometimes working well beyond her expected 'office hours' (whilst working from home). Some of the reviews here are from people going to view houses or putting their houses up for sale. From a tenant’s perspective, please read an honest review below: Cirencester Sales and Lettings will manage properties on behalf of a landlord, they’ll sometimes email you if your rent is late, although this sometimes gets confusing when you have paid your rent and they’ve for some reason decided to contact you anyway. They also will ask for a deposit of a month’s rent, this isn’t uncommon, although don’t expect to get much of this back as they’ll claim they need to hire in professional cleaners, painters, etc despite having inspected the property and it being “fine” the week prior. But alas the incompetence stretches further. I woke up one morning to find two men in the house that had been given a key by them! They hadn’t even told me cleaners were coming over. Of course when asked about this they denied it, so we’re either left with a situation where the tenant was charged £50 for cleaning that never happened, or they gave some strangers a key to the house without telling anyone about it. One is fraud, the other is breach of contract. The second housemate was led to believe if he replaced himself with a new tenant, he wouldn’t be charged an early release fee, makes sense right? No costs are incurred because someone else did all the hard work for you? But alas, he was charged £420. I spoke to the landlord recently about this who had no idea, and when he asked CS+L they apparently said the tenant was only charged rent. Fortunately the tenant has all of this on email and can prove it, but as I’m aware he’s just been ignored. Again, if the landlord is unaware of this, where did that £420 go!? Another tenant was late in paying his rent because he had to leave the country to attend his mother’s funeral. They gave him a bad reference for his next property and was forced to take out three months rent in advance to make up for it. These are just a handful of examples, I’m sure I can ask the former housemates for their testimonials too, so look out for them in other comments. I once cracked my head open and spent several hours in theatre with 10 stitches, that was a more pleasant experience than dealing with this agent over the past couple of years.

IT IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A LETTING AGENCY. I have so many episode to justify the sentence above that is going to be 2h review and I dont have the time to do it. Advices for landlords: try to find another letting agency because for a business point of view they make loose money. Advices for tenants: do the picture of everything and report everything before the check in because they will challenge you every single defect of the room even if you find the room like that. Worst experience ever.

As soon as Jenna viewed our property to give a valuation, we felt immediately at ease and impressed with Jenna's knowledge of the market and warm and friendly manner. After having two previous valuations that day, it was without a doubt that we wanted Cirencester Sales and Lettings to take on our property. Our house was sold within a month during challenging market conditions and Jenna continued to work hard in the background, coordinating the sale and kept us up to date with every step of the process. Everyone at the office was just as helpful too and if Jenna was out of the office, Jenna's colleagues were still able to help as they also knew what stage the property sale was at.
