Don't trust Derek by his word. I have just moved in to a property with Derek ensuring me the property would be finished to an excellent standard, to quote, "All you will need is your tooth brush and slippers". It seems he told the landlord to furnish using just the basics. Im paying a premium of £1,350pcm. The move in date was delayed costing me £700+ in hotel bills. Lifestyle who are being paid to manage the property now hold my deposit. The issue is still being resolved. Derek is showing resistance when asked to meet with myself and the landlord to address the issue. I will update this post with the final outcome.

Chasing people and solicitors, updating and reassuring us too when needed. Don't think of going to an online agent, you will never get the customer service we got.
