Jessica showed us our house, and really took an interest in us and our family - she cared that we had the right home for us, and worked with us to ensure we got just that. Her warmth and kindness really made a difference. And Nicki in the office was just as lovely - funny, warm, capable and managing our rather chaotic removal process with charm and sympathy. We really did appreciate the personal interest they both took in us and our lives, and they made the whole process very simple and painless - not words you can commonly use about a house move! Always professional, but they were personal, too. Sincerely recommended.

The whole process of renting a property with Elliot Oliver has been completely seamless and brilliant!! It feels rare to have such excellent and friendly communication with letting agents, and these guys were just outstanding. We mostly dealt with Jessica at the beginning, who I can't praise enough for her professional yet friendly and efficient approach. She also really helped us understand the right area for us in Cheltenham and her suggestions helped us find our ideal home!! We also dealt with Nicki towards the end, who was equally brilliant and kept us updated at every stage but with a personal touch that was reassuring! We feel very lucky to have rented through EO and would highly recommend them to anyone!

We cannot recommend Elliot Oliver enough, especially Ross. From the point of coming out to put our house on the market to moving house was less than 3 months which we never could’ve imagined! We were kept updated throughout the whole process and given the best advice. We also used their recommended solicitors and surveyors and they were the best value for money, not too cheap that you don’t get a good service and not too expensive. They were reasonably priced but with fantastic service and definitely contributed to our smooth and easy move. Please don’t go cheap when you’re looking for your estate agent, solicitors and surveyors as this is such an important thing to do and you must get it right!

Having had no prior experience renting property a wanted to go through a Lettings agency. Sam and the team have been absolutely brilliant, explaining all the steps and organising work such as gas safety checks removing the hassle for me. Sam has been excellent at providing information, advice and support throughout. All queries have been responded to quickly and in an easy to understand manor. Really happy with the service so far.

THE WORST LETTING AGENCY. They take forever and a day to respond to you, they don't liaise with the Landlord at all, never passing on messages or getting things sorted. I'm glad others have had good experiences but I would NEVER rent through them. My sister had the most awful experience and is STILL waiting for her deposit back.

Just sold our house through Errington Smith, and it was such a pleasure as they were on the ball all the way through and really removed a lot of the stress involved in selling a house, thank you so much guys!!! :-)
