Had a bad experience trying to book a viewing for a rental property. The lady on the phone asked my salary, which was apparently slightly under the landlords requirements (Even though with tips I always make more). I understand that she might not have been able to take anything further but as soon as I had told her my salary she wouldn't let me get two words in and hurried me off the phone. Didn't ask if there was any other properties I would like to view or if there was anything else she could do for me. Made me feel quite small really, bad customer service and I won't be trying to view any more of their properties again.

All the staff at Simply Let showed a great level of professionalism and kindness since the first moment I contacted with them. Lived here for a year the flats on the top floor are stunning the location is amazing as 2mins from the beach and close enough to all the clubs and town as same distance rooms overlook the gardens so beautiful the staff are friendly and reliable clean tidy and always phrasing the place so by the time you visit I lt could be even better I have nothing bad to say about this place I loved it and was sad to leave would recommend to anyone! I stayed in bourne park it's great value Thanks for the amazing time guys

Hello, I stayed in a room for around 8 months. I had a very good time. I stayed in a place called Westbourne which was a very nice area close to the beach. It was a very nice place. You could deal with the agency very quickly. Like most houses, there were 1 or 2 problems but the agency would send someone to fix things. Unfortunately, I lost my job and I had to leave earlier than I wanted. The agency was very patient with me when I lost my job. We came to a deal where I could pay a bit less as long as I left early which was very good of them. Bart and Reno were nice. Thanks guys!

We had two rooms, one with double bed and another room with two beds. Rooms were very clean and everything was in good condition, the rooms smelt clean and fresh. Everyone there was really kind and helpful to us, there is a lot of good places to eat/ drink nearby. Free parking at property.There is also a beach right next to where we were staying. Were going back again in three weeks time, i cant wait for it.

I couldn’t recommend Jordan and his team enough! They made me feel so welcome from the offset and made a stressful process become so much easier. I would highly recommend Slades estate agents. I had trouble selling my house due to devious buyers trying to drop the sale price near to completion date for no reason but greed. I would’ve sold and lost a lot of money. Thanks to the knowledge of Dale Reynolds and his professionalism, I took his advice and held on. He is an approachable man that is fantastic at his job and found me a new buyer in less than 2 weeks and at £10,000 above the asking price! I do not trust this company. When my daughter moved into her flat she was told by the previous tenant that whites took money from them to make repairs. The repairs were not made. Then when my daughter moved out they tried to double charge her for the tenancy change. She was very ill at the time (which they knew) so I was not best pleased. Since then she has been harangued by email to take this review down. It's an honest review Whites. Learn from it.

Terrible Winton office staff, string of inexperienced, unprofessional, non communicative and un empathetic, superficial office women types who couldn't run a tap let alone an agency properly. I dealt with Jonathan from here on a new rental property in Poole. He was always polite, punctual and answered any questions I had within a couple of hours at most. Sadly Dorset property have been extremely unprofessional during the whole time we have rented with them, this is 5 yrs this year 2020. Now we are leaving we are facing even worse customer service which has resulted in the so called manager private messaging me via my personal Facebook. The inventory upon us moving is was a joke with remarks in every room stated "not cleaned" or "not tested" including fire alarms. Also a note stating our toilets were unclean and smelling of urine. My husband and I spent a lot of money making the property livable. Now we are receiving threats of our deposit not being returned if we do not leave the property in clean condition. I have more pride then to leave it anything but clean. The point I have argued is the 4 extra days rent which I feel should be dropped. Would give no stars if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY would be my advice.

I fully recommend Hunters Estate agent . We used Terry Morris at Hunters Estate agents in Highcliffe for an executors sale of a house. We met all the estate agents in the area and Terry shone out head and shoulders above all the others with his in depth knowledge of the area . The house we were selling needed someone with energy to restore it to its potential and Terry quickly found a suitable buyer. Terry was superb liaising with us and our probate solicitors and keeping the buyers and everyone informed throughout . Because of Terrys extensive contacts in the area we estimate he saved us at least fifteen hundred pounds by introducing us to affordable house clearance people, surveyors and plumbers. Because we were at a considerable distance from Highcliffe we felt totally confident the house could be left entirely in his hands to find the buyer and it was never too much trouble to drop in to the house to help if something needed doing. Thank you Terry and the team at Hunters Estate Agents !

Rachael James is an excellent Head of Lettings. I have worked with her for 8 years over 2 different properties and always found her to be highly professional in liaising with me and my landlord and extremely helpful in resolving any problems. Rachael assisted in my application for a property when, due to having an income based on maintenance, she was able to vouch for my financial credibility when tick boxing by credit agencies often results in a refusal. It’s a real shame that Dorset Properties let themselves down at the end of the tenancy, very un-helpful, rude and unresponsive once you leave a property and some very unjustified remarks from the manager. I would never use this letting agent again as the process of leaving the property was way more stressful than it needed to be. Be aware that it’s all sunshine and rainbows when they take your money but not once they stop receiving it.

Throughout our viewing experience we began to start realising what our requirements and comprises were, all of which we tailored to and considered by Francine, Donna and Alex. We received a call one day where they expressed that they saw this property come on the market and thought of us by exclaiming “this could be one for the girls!”. They didn’t reply to our email inquires. We had to call them which is fine.We traveled quite a way to come see a property. Once we arrived we waited and when no one showed up we called to find out what was going on. They said that they had sent us a message a couple days prior saying that the property had been let. We never got and email,text, call or voicemail of any sort! They weren’t even apologetic for their lies. I’m amazed that they’ve last this long. They are the furthest thing from professional. Don’t use them if you don’t have to!

I feel compelled to place a comment on my page about the Letting Factory, who describe themselves as "Unique and Tailored" "We pride ourselves on providing a unique and tailored property service to all our landlords and Tenants in the Bridport, Beaminster, Lyme Regis, Dorchester and Surrounding areas" Their blurb continus "we take time to listen to our customers individual needs and --------- providing the best customer service and offering the highest standards in business" If only this were the experience of my eldest son and his young family! in recent weeks, about 12, they have contacted the manager on numerous occasions about a radiator that does not warm up and latterly about the lack of hot water to shower regularly! James being able, has followed procedures and bled the radiator, and then of course had to re-pressurise the boiler! With 3 young children a partner who is a key worker and James who is often working in situations that mean he needs to shower at the end of work, not being able to rely on hot water is more than frustrating. So the letting Factory Blurb which at face value promises so much has delivered a service far short of there blurb! Eventually the Landlord was contacted and even after seeing the email trial suggested that the radiator needed bleeding and instructions could be found on utube and that you are probably using more water on lockdown as you are at home even though, if he had read messages he would see my son was at work! and had alredy bled the radiator. The manager has yet to contact my son and most recently sent an engineer who said the radiater needed a new valve but he was not authorised to look at the shower! The letting Factory page is very poor and so I am hoping this might help, please share if you are happy to do so. After some research we do know they have a legal responsibility to resolve this situation, but how disappointing it is to resort to a legal route. As a tenant of coures he cannot legally withold rent but it is surely tempting to resolve the problem and deduct the cost from rent!! Since sharing this on a day to day basis with people we chat to we have discovered that the Letting Factory has a very poor reputation and a very low Google satisfaction score; I guess they are used because they Landlords and tenants believe they will be good value!! I hazard a guess they cost less than the very much mor reputable companies locally.

Worst people ever , rude and disgusting got a problems before we moved in windows where not working as one did not shut and on would not open and both being upstairs not good if there was a fire took 6 months to finely be fix great as we where moveing out with my partner was pregnant, one star is too good to be honest

Made a phone call for a simple mix up of addresses, wanted to clarify that they knew the correct address of a property they have recently began to let. Unfortunately my address and new let property is very similar. Wessex water had cancelled my water bill and vacated me from my property and have signed up a new customer. Wessex water corrected this with no problem and informed me that the change was made via the internet. The letting factory on the other hand, were rude, aggressive, argumentative and in a word, horrible. If this is the way you get spoken moments into a phone call, I'd recommend you stay well away. I'm shocked.

Very poor customer service. I was asked if I would like to arrange a viewing. I confirmed I would, but then heard nothing. After days with no reply I decided to chase. I explained I was disappointed with the slow response. Because of this they went on to be rude and insulting. I hope others are treated with more care and attention than I was.

I've rented my flat from WWPC for the last two-and-a-half years and have only positive things to say. Any queries are answered pretty much straight away and on the occasions where any maintenance is required, they've always managed to sort out a visit within hours of the issue first being raised. When it comes to dealing with Wayne and the team, I've always found them to be the perfect mix of professional and personable. Renting a flat in London can traditionally be a bit of a minefield but I definitely feel like I've got lucky here! Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of doing business with them.

Well, I have no argument with them - always been perfectly polite and helpful. I guess people get back what they put out. Nor do I see why charging for business leads,. if they do indeed do that, shows a lack of integrity - it's quite normal practice. Anyway, as a user of their services for both buying and selling, they are as professional and competent as any I've come across.

Terrible communication, the management have a very low tolerance to complaints and tend to get irate to problems. They are very slow to respond to appliances that are faulty or need repairs and I have had to go weeks without certain things even working.

We rented through Kemp & Co for a property in Broadmayne for over a year. There were a few issues when we first moved in, but they were sorted swiftly. Any subsequent issues have been promptly resolved as well. All throughout COVID restrictions, they have maintained professionalism, and respected the rules. Highly recommend Leah, Becky and Maria!! I switched to Kemp & Co 3 years ago after a terrible experience with my previous letting agent and tenants. I found them to be very professional, helpful and would always go the extra mile to make sure my property and the tenant was looked after meaning I could relax knowing it was in good hands. We have had 2 tenants in since we started using Kemp's to manage our property and both tenants informed me any queries or problems with the property were dealt with promptly. On the whole, would just like to say thank you for the excellent service.

I have used Kemp and Co for more than 6 years! And I am so glad I have done so! It’s an absolutely delight to be under their care! There is no hassle they are are very kind and caring I only have to pick up the phone or email and their response is excellent! I class Leah as a friend now and to have that is remarkable I am just not a number to them! They treat all their clients with the utmost care! Nikki was really helpful with all our questions and very prompt at replying so we could make our decision! The real standout is the attention to detail; making sure everywhere in the house has been cleaned, informing utility companies about new tenants, even offering to cut the grass before we moved in! Overall a fantastic service!
