We have just purchased a property through iMove. Me and my wife are extremely happy with the service they provide. They were excellent from the initial viewing and all they way through the process. Megan has been brilliant, very persistent with all the other agents within the chain in making sure things get done as quick as possible. No hesitation in recommending iMove.

I put my flat on the market with IMove because of all the agents I spoke to they were the ones who were most professional and helpful on the first call I made to them . It was a decision that I have not regretted for one moment, they found me a buyer very quickly and have kept me very well informed throughout the whole process. In fact they have often been so proactive they have been calling me before I have thought to call them. I really have never had such an excellent experience with an Estate Agent. Top marks to Megan Robins who could not have worked harder on my behalf . I complete on Friday in the most painless sale I have ever completed.

I came across iMove by accident, they just happened to show me the first house I looked at. I asked them to value mine and was impressed by their professionalism and friendliness so asked them to sell it. Despite being messed about by a couple of would be buyers, iMove were fantastic! Cheerful, professional, hard working and diligent. And most of all, communicative - the most important thing. They would call not just to give feedback from every viewer, but even to say they had called but couldn't get hold of a viewer! They eventually sold my house at the full asking price. Great job! An absolutely brilliant bunch who I couldn't recommend highly enough. If I have to go through the tortuous process of selling a property again, they will be my first and only port of call.

We have just sold our property through iMove. The whole process, from start to finish, has been handled in a friendly and professional manner by all the staff. From our first meeting with Steven to the fantastic staff in the office we have been thoroughly impressed. Nothing has been too much hassle and they have ensured that they have kept all parties up to date and communicated (and supported us) throughout. As a first time agency renter, trying to find a suitable property was proving difficult and I have a couple of other Estate Agents mess me around. But iMove were perfect.

Twice me and my family have contacted Connells about a property to rent and both times have been told someone would call us back to arrange a viewing. Both times we had to chase them up and both times have been fobbed off with the promise of a phone call back, these phone calls never happened and both times I find out, on the internet, that the properties have been let. Possibly we are discriminated against due to one of use being quite severely disabled. Extremely unprofessional approach by Connells.

Giving one star because I couldn't give zero. We tried to view a house we wanted, as soon as they knew we were cash buyers, they wouldn't show us round the property and refused to submit our asking price offer. We found out that they do this because they are more interested in the backhander they get for recommending their preferred lender, so cash buyers have no chance, even though we put in a bigger offer than the vendor got, Connells Torquay are staffed by corrupt money sharks and if the company was interested in improving customer service through feedback and complaints, they would not put a large surcharge on your phone call if you ring their complaints line. Beware of these awful unprofessional crooks.

What a top notch team, all around. From letting my property, to selling my property and even a new mortgage, all sorted without hassle. I'd recommend to anyone. Thanks everyone 😘

Millers were incredibly helpful from start to finish, they checked in often during the rental process and helped us settle in. The use of apps to manage maintenance is excellent and the customer service we have received is the best we have experienced with any estate agent. Would highly recommend.

Ace experience. Anthony was really helpful, we arranged some viewings and he showed me round some flats in the area. There was lots of useful information provided about the surrounding area and he really helped to keep us informed of the whole process. Couldn't recommend more!
