We have sold our house, in order to legally view houses in person currently, your house must be sold. We have travelled 300 miles in one day to make this viewing as we had email confirmation, we have arrived at the confirmed address, no sign of agent, we phoned them to be told the viewing is cancelled. Absolutely appalling service. I’m absolutely mortified at the unprofessional behaviour, the company was told we were travelling to make this viewing and told us, they left a voicemail to cancel but couldn’t say when. Anyway. Thanks. 0 ⭐️

The growing Ridgewater sales team headed up by Daniel and well supported by Jan in the office were first class throughout. Daniel was confident in selling our property at the price we agreed and it wasn’t long before we had lots of interest in our house and only two weeks later we accepted an offer from a cash buyer with no chain... We were very impressed with the service and attention we received from Ridgewater, with nothing being too much trouble. We had excellent marketing with superb photos and a brilliant video tour (one of the better ones you’ll see when you compare it to what’s out there) and from our experience (having marketed previously with another agent without a video) it certainly is the video that gets people through the door. Once we had sold we had regular communication from Daniel and Jan about the sale progress and they both worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line. Despite the current challenges during the pandemic we felt well looked after and upon picking up the keys on completion day Daniel handing us a lovely bottle of the fizzy stuff to welcome us to our new house was a nice touch. Rang recently about offering Torquay branch to sell my house ,spoke to an assistant who was checking my name on some sort of previous customer list (black list). ,Although i know i had an issue in the past but not that serious i would not do business with them again.He said the manager would ring me back,surprisingly she did not,obviously not bothered about the business besides i sold my house soon after and thats their loss,i suggest management look into this and make sure your not losing business just because your manager has problems with petty issues.I wont be using you again

I arranged to view a flat via facetime with my daughter as I was out of the country. This was agreed prior to the viewing to by the estate agent. On asking to go forward with the tenancy I was told i couldn't be put fw'd as i hadn't viewed it personally. When i said that most agents were doing virtual viewing they said it was their policy that everyone had to view a property in person. Even when i said I'd sign a waiver i was denied the property. Really disappointed in their customer service, lack of compassion and flexibility in the current pandemic situation, not a company I would recommend
