Lee looked after us well. We had a somewhat unusual property with attached holiday cottages ,so a niche market purchase .Lee worked hard to promptly follow up interest and arrange viewings . He also maintained his patience when one or two issues with the solicitors got a tad frustrating . Communications were effectively followed up too so "get back to you" when busy always meant that ,not always the case with some companies and we have moved 16 times in 42 years so seen it ......been there etc . A good company worthy of your trust and business .

Harrisons have rented out a property for us for over ten years, and we have had excellent service from Bobby, Manda and previously Fiona, throughout the whole time. Just coming to the end of a six month tenancy in one of Harrison Lavers & Potburys properties. A short term let whilst I looked for a property to buy. I began the tenancy right at the start of the lock down and so was trapped here without my family (though I cannot think of a better place to be trapped than Sidmouth!) I cannot praise Bobby Marshall enough. He was professional, so kind and helpful, and he really did go the extra mile to help me. It was a difficult time for me being caught here in Sidmouth on my own and Bobby was very supportive. I didn't really have any issues with the property, just a couple of minor every day things, e.g. flush on loo; Bobby responded immediately and made sure these issues were sorted out really quickly. I also found all the staff in the office in Sidmouth very friendly and welcoming; certainly the best Estate Agents in Sidmouth (in my opinion!)
