Bought my flat through the Paignton branch. I had a mortgage offer in place from another broker (who I have always used.) I was basically told that my offer would not be submitted unless I met with the Connells mortgage advisor. The lettings team also tried to book a valuation on a property that I hadn`t even completed on . Bad service all round

I wouldn’t never recomend this place. Poor service and some of the workers there probably think they are better then most of other people. Shame on them...
