Myself and my sister recently sold a house in difficult circumstances using Connells Exeter and I can’t fault them. We accepted an offer within 3 days of the house being put on the market, the offer itself being significantly higher than other estate agents had even valued the property at. Nathan and his team have been very attentive and extremely good at updating us with the feedback from the viewings. Im so glad we chose Connells.

I can't praise Adam James at Connells enough. Adam helped us as first time buyers with our Mortgage and insurances. He was patient, professional and super helpful throughout - As a first time buyer the process was initially quite daunting but Adam helped us from reviewing our affordability in the initial stages all the way to completion. If you're looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Mortgage Services Consultant then I'd absolutely recommend Adam James.

Their representative Liz Barter was very helpful in explaining the lettings process, she provided excellent communication, feedback and service from start to finish. I write regarding the service provided by Beth and Luke. I came into Exeter office seeking to rent a flat in the area.I met with both the individuals mentioned and I found them both to be welcoming, professionally friendly and very informative. Through all my dealings they both always presented in this way when i telephoned one of them was always available and always as helpful and informative as possible. I also point out that I was regularly contacted by Luke in keeping me informed with all necessary developments. It was also noticeable that whilst always being as efficient as possible, if Luke was ever uncertain regarding a question or piece of information then her would immediately refer to Beth who was always competent in addressing any issue. It was noticeable that Luke worked efficiently under Beth's professional guidance. All of their work successfully enabled me to complete the rental of a property. The work of Beth and Luke was positive and professionally very competent but it always carried with it a professional friendly approach. I finish by saying I would recommend Connells in Exeter through the work of Luke and Beth in the Lettings Team.

Can’t recommend Cooksleys enough. Duncan was so friendly when he came to value our house; so complimentary in fact I had second thoughts about selling. He was happy to have our input with photos and description and got the details released very quickly. Lots of viewings we’re booked in, and conveniently arranged to assist with having to vacate the house with 2 small children. Once we had accepted an offer (6 days after it first went online) Jasmine was amazing at being the go too person for any questions or concerns we had. Hoping not to have to move again in the near future but if we do, Cooksleys will be our first port of call. Thanks all!

The house we bought was through Hunters, and they were fantastic from the viewing all the way through to completion. Although we weren’t their direct clients they updated us constantly and helped the completion succeed in even though it was getting complex. Southgate are excellent estate agents. Each member of the team is informed and responsive. Having had 4 previous house moves to compare with, our experience is that Southgate do offer a refreshingly different, ethical approach to selling houses. They combine this with very good customer care and communication. Our property sold quickly and completion was within 12 weeks. Highly recommended.

First class service. Easily the best estate agents in Exeter. Ryan was incredibly helpful and driven in getting our property sold. The whole experience was professional and had a touch of class: the brochure, the website, the advert and the video were all just miles ahead of any of the competitors. You get a personal and dedicated service unlike with the national chains. They took care of the whole sale and have excellent local connections that help with a range of house moving necessities. Kate was an absolute trooper: she was always on hand to chase the chain, was always responsive and efficient. You would be hard pressed to find such a level of dedication anywhere else. We are really grateful to all the team at Southgate for their help and would recommend them in the blink of an eye. I'm really not sure why anyone would use any other estate agent to sell their house!

Bradleys are outdated in their attitudes, unsympathetic with terrible customer service I was completely dismissed offhand. With so many agencies out there - my advice to both landlords and tenants - use someone else.

I cannot recommend Bradley’s (Cathy In particular) enough. The service we received was professional and still personal. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you for everything!

I have rented a property through Capron Gould for the past two years, and as a tenant the experience has been fantastic. The properties themselves are of an excellent quality and are well maintained.
