Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

service charges under Parkgate have gone up 33% without any notable improvement in service quality. Extra items like insurances which will never add values in a long term basis (otherwise where do the insurance companies' profits come from) and astronomical reserve funds are some of the new items in their bills. There is no hard evidence these reverse funds are unnecessary but throughout the period of owning the same properties for nearly 10 years the previous level was sufficient. they slapped an extra 300 pounds legal fees on my bill which i'm too disgusted to argue as a small owner but can only leave a review here hoping for less victim falling for them in future. This is a decent pain point for a start-up to break in to rationalize it i think.

I am a lease holder at Southwark. Rude. Water run out in the building in 12 pm in the afternoon. Didnt get a plumber out till the next day so the whole 200 apartment in the building is without water for 12 hours - (just call an emergency plumber ! they are 24 hours!) Lack of urgency thinking that leaks are not important. Happy to lie to cover their backs and lack of a sense that they are providing a service

The most useless management agency. As a landlord I had the worst experience with them. Very rude staff. They never respond to your emails or calls. They might get back to you a week later to say that they are busy without apologising and also being rude. I cannot understand how this company still has any clients. They are very unprofessional. The whole building is so glad we don’t have to deal with them anymore. They will also try and charge you for things they will never do. The whole experience with them Felt like a scam or a bad joke but they are actually genuinely useless

As tenants, we liaised with Chelsea from Parkgate Aspen for 4 years. We were impressed with her efficiency and helpfulness - she often went over and beyond to support us. Nothing was too much bother and she always looked for the easiest solution for us. Thanks Chelsea - you have by far been the best property manager we have dealt with in our 9 years of renting.
