Boyce of Brixham are excellent agents. They dealt with the sale of my cottage in a professional manner and were always courteous and helpful, keeping me fully informed all the way. The whole team are friendly and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Please be aware, if you are a landlord then do not use this company. Their communication via email and phone is the bare minimum, unless they want you to sign their Terms of Business. We only used this agent again as they had previously let out the same property for us, big mistake!! No feedback was given from viewings that took place and then when an application was received, it took weeks for them to process and then to be told that they are no longer proceeding after numerous attempts to contact them. Not even an apology when they were instructed to release the keys to another agent!

Terrible customer service. Buyers beware. Also, don’t use their recommended surveyor. The issues he missed cost my parents an extra £20k.

A wonderful team who have been a great help during my lengthy search to find a property and for whom nothing was ever too much trouble. Hopefully, I won't be moving again anytime soon, but when it happens, they'll be my first call. I can definitely recommend their friendly proficiency to anyone.

I know Estate Agents get a bashing ... and to be fair there are a few that deserve it. I have to say though our dealings have been brilliant with Sam and Nicky at Bradley's in Brixham. We moved just as we were coming out of lockdown and there were a few issues with the property but everything was manage professionally, they always called and arranged everything we needed and gave use a really good service. Extremely happy and would recommend the Brixham branch for anyone moving to the area!
