Listed and Rented out in less than 6 hours! Well done Mashroom. Excellent service provided by Mashroom, good clear dashboard for managing appointments and subsequent offers!! I would never use a High Street Estate Agency to market for me again. I look forward to using Mashroom in the future.

Amazing customer service, couldn’t believe it was free! Debbie was amazing every step of the way making a very daunting process much less stressful. Would recommend to anyone over an estate agent and still astonished I’ve not had to pay any fees for all of her help!

User-friendly, great future-proof platform. Easy to use and upload properties. The dashboard allows straight forward communication with guests. Really helpful members of the team who were always available to answer questions re: using Mashroom.

A unique and time saving innovation. Thank you Mashroom. Refreshing and user friendly. So much easier than the traditional process. Being able to speak to the landlords direct and building a relationship of trust early on I found to be hugely beneficial. At last, a unique and time saving innovation.

Mashroom was recommended to me and I’d gladly recommend them to anyone. From the first interaction with Mashroom I knew I'd chosen the right people to help me let my flat. Within one week of advertising it, I had two offers, even one offering more than I was asking for. I never thought an end-to-end process of 15 days would be possible...

Terrible place to learn. The college only cares about a student if they’re incredibly clever or badly behaved. Average student don’t get any extra help. Was constantly threatened with expulsion if my grades didn’t improve despite the fact that I was at a steady C in most of my subjects. ALISTAIR MUDIE was the worst for this. Had no idea who the principle was the whole 2 years I attended. Ended up leaving to a different college where there is no favouritism or threats only learning and less like secondary school. And as for Collyers reply to this post, the passive aggressive nature of it should speak for itself and reflects perfectly my experience at the place. Have capitalised the name out of spite. Lol.

I started here in 2015 to study Film Studies, Maths, Computer Science and IT BTEC Level 3 Sub Diploma. My first year results were not as good as expected, therefore, in my second year I dropped Film Studies and Maths to concentrate on Computer Science. I really struggled with my A-levels,and I don't think that is because of the college. Collyers regularly encouraged me to work harder. The quality of the teaching was average, but considering they manage over 1000 A-level students it's quite impressive. I played rugby in first year and sometimes enjoyed it. My goal was to get the right qualifications for my degree which I did. I have now completed my degree in BSc Digital Art and Technology (Live Media Design). Collyers did get me where I needed to go, and I learn a lot about myself while studying here.

A wonderful college to attend. Staff are very thoughtful about your future and are always there to assist you with needs from careers to exams. The teaching depends on the course however a lot of the teachers are passionate when it comes to teaching and are always there when needed via email. Collyer's is a wonderful place to study and I certainly recommend it if you're thinking about going onto university.

I am very grateful for all the guidance and support Midwinter Koval have given me over the last few months regarding my properties. Thank you.

I rented from Midwinter Koval before I bought my house. They were really good as I had a dog and not many places allow dogs. Even when my flat I was renting went up for sale they were excellent as they would look out for other suitable properties if a first time buyer should buy it (luckily a buy-to-let landlord bought it) I had inspections every 6 months and if I ever had a problem it was dealt with professionally and promptly. Thank you to Andrew and his team.

The team at the Braunton Office are responsive, organised and give personal but professional service. They obviously all work very hard. Thank you Charles and Cleeve, in particular, for looking after me for the long haul!

We had a very good experience with Phillips Smith & Dunn. Ed Passmore was extremely professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He was swift to respond on every query and the whole transaction went through very smoothly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

Ed Passmore and all the team were excellent. From initial valuation right through to putting up the sold sign, they were excellent and there for us every step of the way. Emma was lovely to deal with on the phone and we appreciated Rogers help too. All in all a great team that do by far, the best virtual tours in North Devon. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you all.

Sold house through Philip Smith & Dunn. A very professional outfit. The property was well presented by PS&D and generated a good number of viewings. PS&D stayed in communication with us and worked on our behalf by communicating with our purchaser's solicitor when communications over legals appeared to be slowing down. I would recommend PS&D as a sales agent.

We have over the years had dealings with most Estate Agents in Barnstaple and feel that their service and professionalism no longer existed. Edward gave us confidence with his enthusiasm from start to finish, we are very happy that we instructed Phillips Smith and Dunn and would like to "Thank" Ed and the team for all they have done for us Jude
