I’m very disappointed with Nexa, I’ve waited two weeks to view a property but they are terrible at communicating. The first viewing I had booked they didn’t even bother to confirm or to let me know that it was cancelled, I had to call them about it just to find out that “oh no that viewing isn’t happening because the person in charge of the property is sick”- which is perfectly reasonable, but then letting me know would have been great, and why is there only one person doing viewings for the property if there are other employees? I’d be unimpressed if I was the seller. Then the second viewing I had booked a week later, the same thing! I tried to call them for an hour but not a single response. They don’t send email confirmation for viewings either so there’s no way to contact them. I understand that things happen and that’s okay, but at least keep me in the loop please! It’s safe to say I’m glad I’m not selling a property with them as the agents! Good luck if you are!
My experience has been an outstanding one. From the outset I felt agent Laura Joyce was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and above all made me feel that I was important. I really appreciate the one to one contact with Laura, at any time! She will always get back to me and nothing is too much trouble, she really does go the extra mile and incredible good at what she does. We sold our house recently with this company and they were super. They took our keys off us whilst we were on holiday and had four days worth of viewings. They sold our house within those four days with lots of offers and kept us updated with a detailed emailed list of viewings and feedback. Jake did the original sale who is really friendly and knows his stuff and then Alex in the office was amazing, kind, professional, and really responsive. Alex helped chase the solicitors towards the end to complete on time. I would definitely recommend, we did think about going with purple bricks but so pleased we didn’t as NEXA guided us through the sale and made it very stress free. Top marks!
Couldn’t recommend Simon from Nexa Bristol enough. From the first time he came round the house to do a valuation he was professional polite and not pushy. Great photos were taken of the house and we were informed in plenty of time any viewings we had. The communication was great and even when the last week before exchange was tough going Simon kept pushing forward and made it happen. He is passionate about his job and it shows. From the friendly welcome when I walked into their office, to the final walk through and handing over the keys, I appreciate all that Dan and Dan have done to make this process as smooth as possible.
Been thinking of moving into Bristol Centre for a while now however COVID has made this process a massive struggle. After contacting multiple agencies, I have to say that the service provided by all the staff members, Ben in specific, is excellent, especially considering the circumstances we all currently face. I'm still in the process of finding my next home but I have great faith that the guys within C&M will get it done.

I have rented a property as tenant through Chappell and Matthews Bristol twice already and both times they have been super helpful and have made the process very easy for me. Debra Barton and Daniel Smith this time have been always around to put through Th e necessary communication with the landlord and on top of that I have really appreciated that both have been available on the phone anytime I needed to ask or clarify things. I had my own concerns about the quality of the flat condition on the move in dat that I had been promised but thanks to Debra and Dan who made all the necessary arrangements, everything was in place at the right time . I would recommend the agency and would be happy to use their services again in the future.
