Don't need much communication with them and when you do they are friendly and helpful team. However can be very difficult to get hold of anyone even for basic questions or inquiries

Pretty amazed by the high average score here, I've rented with SA for nearly 2 years, and found their communication skills appalling. We had numerous issues ignored after raising them via their website & chasing by email, even having to go for 6 months with a broken boiler and no hot water. At one point they cheaped out on a repair (boiler again), resulting in our kitchen flooding, at which point we discovered they have NO emergency/out-of-hours contact details. I could chalk it up to lazy staff, but the end-of-tenancy inspection would put the Gestapo to shame. Every inch was scoured, and they blamed us for issues we had raised months ago. I'm glad my tenancy is over, and am looking forward to the passive-aggressive response this review will no doubt receive.

Richard has helped myself and my husband in our search for a flat to rent, and has made the experience much easier and enjoyable than usual! He was professional, responsive and did an excellent job at leading us through the whole process. He seems like a decent human being, I would highly recommend dealing with him at Streets Ahead.
