A lovely piece of history, The walk-through museum was really informative, you get a handset which guided you through the information on each area. It was really useful. The only downside, is I thought the place was a bit tatty in places, needs a good clean, it’s definitely worth a visit though.

Pretty cool place to visit, we booked awhile ago and started hammering down with rain. They had umbrellas there and radiators throughout so wasn't too bad. Staff very friendly, great 2 hours out. Nice to get back to normal, some shape.

Lovely experience and so very well handled by the staff to keep everyone respecting social distancing, though you do get the odd person who acts however they want especially in the outside area. I usually get a bit stressed out in these situations but because of the measures, it made it more pleasurable (although it does take a while to get round!). The price may seem a lot at first but it includes an audio aid and the whole experience was definitely worth it

Bath got its name from these Roman baths. These were hot water springs arguably having some medicinal effects which was very popular in the Roman era and even in later times. Even Admiral Lord Nelson has visited these Roman baths. Now its a museum and a must visit if you are coming to Bath. Had a fascinating time exploring the Roman relics there.

Huge range of bikes, helmets, gear, clothing, accessories, you name it. The staff are friendly and willing to give honest buying advice. The display rooms for the new and used bikes are really exciting to peruse. So long as you're polite and careful, they will allow you to sit on the bikes that aren't sold. They currently wiping then clean after because of the ongoing virus. Only slight drawback is that it isn't entirely simple to take a test drive of their bikes, if at all for the used bikes.

Bought my bike from here last week. Decided to take a leap of faith and I bought it blind but it was exactly as promised and in immaculate condition. Simon from used bikes department was an absolute gent, met me outside when he saw me coming over the road and helped me carry my bags in the sweltering heat🤣 then made sure everything was in place for my 160 mile ride home. Even emailed me a week later to check in. Really helpful and friendly place, highly recommended, and definitely worth the journey!

Best range of ladies clothing in the area by far. Visited to buy my wife a new jacket and she was surprised by the range. Most motorbike shops may have a rack of odd sizes but this was excellent and we found just what she was looking for. The reason for 4 Stars is that we asked if she could sit on the same bike she has upstairs in the Triumph department to check the fit whist on the bike. This appeared to be one step to far for their customer service. One to think about for the future. You weren't busy and could have escorted her?

Huge dealer, but don't go on a Saturday. It was heaving with people and no where to park if you bring your car. Decent Burger van outside. One of the best choices of Used Bikes and clothing. Salesman were friendly and helpful, but very busy. Good atmosphere inside even with cv19 restrictions. I would purchase a bike from this Dealership.

The staff at Fowlers are polite, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Just bought some gear in the clothing department and couldn't be happier. Parts department always offers a top level service. I also bought a bike here a few years ago which was an excellent experience. Thanks guys.

Full of varieties in fresh and frozen food. They even have massive garden section. There's a 2 hour free parking with bays and also a customer toilet. Staff are quite helpful too in my experience.

An excellent supermarket with a surprisingly large range of food and household products available. We are not local, but we're pleased to find a number of items we struggle to buy elsewhere. The customer service level was good, and a fastidious effort was made at the checkout to clean surfaces between each client to maintain Covid security. Excellent and extensive car parking is provided. We will be returning to the store before we leave the area in a couple of days time.

A great one stop shop, if you can't find it in here it probably isn't worth having. Just wish it was a bit better laid out as I often find myself wandering back and forth looking for something. Staff are always helpful though and covid measures are implemented throughout the store

I have been going here for many years to the Uveitis clinic and I have had to use the A&E. The staff are unbelievable and so amazing! You cannot get better eye care anywhere else. The hospital as well has so much art on the walls which is really nice. The A&E was amazing and every quick I may say! Very safe. Waiting areas small but big comfy chairs. They lost my covid results. However very professional surgeons and theatre staff. A lot of patients coming with another adult, not very helpful. Currently some appointments are online or phone. That's okay as they are also doing covid vaccinations. Well done.

this hospital and it's dedicated eye specialists render us a lucky nation to have their first class expertise and care and aftercare. However we have encountered arrogant abrupt rudeness regarding appointments , my husband also waiting for eye op for November he had not asked for cancellation as he is still weighing up options for his procedure. Received call from someone almost bullying him to accept cancellation to suit there appointment/cancellation system!!!! and said they are reporting him to consultant what ever happened to patient/person centred care and their choices if my husband is prepared to wait surely that's his choice.

A wonderful service in general, from receptionists to nurses and doctors. I have been a patient for over 4 years now and I feel the service has improved and I am quite happy with its current standards. Good job, thank you!

Thank you Moorfields Eye Hospital. I presented to the children’s ward with my 2.5 year old son after becoming increasingly concerned with the movement of one of his eyes. The staff were amazing. Over three hours, 5 different professionals assessed him, and we walked out with a full diagnosis and a pair of prescription glasses in the mail - which arrived two days later. The care and efficiency of the staff, during a pandemic, with a young child is like no other. It is truly world class care.

First and last experience with Leaders. Would be 0 stars if I could give it. Got a viewing straight away as the agent 'didn't want me at a disadvantage' if I waited over the weekend which sounded like it was more first come first served. Saw the property the next day and took my payslips and told her I had a guarantor ready. I asked if there was any more views that day and she said there wasn't and I told her I would be ringing in my break to apply as I wanted the house. At no point was I told they would accept multiple offers. I rang later and spoke to another agent who took all my details. I said I could move in within 2 weeks and she asked when my notice had been put in with my current property. I said I was waiting until I had somewhere (which is a good job now considering how much they messed me around). She told me I'd get a 'what happens next email' along with my guarantor. I waited all weekend and heard nothing even though it had sounded like I had the property from what had been said by 2 agents. I rang on Monday to be told they had multiple offers and were waiting for the landlord which took me by surprise as that was NOT the impression I had earlier been given. I then emailed later in the week and heard nothing. I then got a call at the end of the week to say I didn't have the property as the Landlord had chosen someone else without stating a reason (which really angers me considering I was a perfect and prompt candidate with a good steady job so I can't even tell if it was anything discriminatory). Complete joke. Wasted a whole week of my time and didn't even bother to communicate with me that they'd be accepting more offers despite how keen I was. Had I know this it would've saved me an incredible amount of stress trying to talk to my boyfriend and parents before putting an offer in straight away. Not really sure why I was squeezed into an early viewing to save me being at a disadvantage when the only disadvantage was bothering to deal with the agency full stop. Don't expect a personal response either because they clearly don't care about people.

Be aware of what you're told on viewings. I was told that as part of the sale a fixture would be left at the property and to wait for the F&F form to come through to confirm that I wanted to keep it. I've since been told that the fixture has been removed and I should have made sure that it was stated on the sales memo. And of course they are now not taking any responsibility for the misinformation and have advised that a verbal agreement means nothing!

From the start in listing my property CJ Hole were really professional, polite and down to earth. Advising realistic expectations and understanding what I needed and what was happening in the market. Mitch was super helpful in my listing and viewings and helped with all issues. Once sold the support were great. There were some challenges from my buyers solicitors (pays to spend good money on a decent solicitor and not go with the cheapest) but Hollie supported me and chased daily to ensure It all went through. Overall the patience and support given was outstanding. A lovely team and estate agent to use. I'd highly recommend them . The after care received from Hollie was exceptional and made me feel very supported.

Very good service. Had a viewing with Finn who was really polite and friendly, encouraging but not pushy at all. I took the property, and then had a second viewing today just to check out some things, Finn again was patient and understanding, good conversation and knowledge. Very helpful and understanding letting agents. We have rented with Martin and Co for a thew years. And have recently moved while luckily remaining with them. Daniel Tromans was our go to for any problems. And he was extremely helpful throughout our entire tenancy in doing so. Which made any issues less of a worry. It really has made renting alot easier for both me and my partner. I would 100% certainly recommend martin and co if your looking to move.

We cannot recommend Elliot Oliver enough, especially Ross. From the point of coming out to put our house on the market to moving house was less than 3 months which we never could’ve imagined! We were kept updated throughout the whole process and given the best advice. We also used their recommended solicitors and surveyors and they were the best value for money, not too cheap that you don’t get a good service and not too expensive. They were reasonably priced but with fantastic service and definitely contributed to our smooth and easy move. Please don’t go cheap when you’re looking for your estate agent, solicitors and surveyors as this is such an important thing to do and you must get it right!

I have been using Enfields on a let-only basis for the last five years for our student properties. Hanna and Liz their letting Administrators are only a phone call/email away if you need help. Have been using The Letting Game for 6 months now to rent my flat. They quickly found suitable tenants, who having been in for 6 months with no issues. These tenants have chosen to move on, new tenants were found in less than a week. Communication throughout these processes has been great. Some minor maintenance has been carried out at reasonable cost and no hassle at all to myself. Fees all seem sensible and rent money is in my account on time every month. Couldn't ask for much more.

I've been looking at a move to Swindon for a little while, having researched the areas and amenities carefully. I began to contact local agents to give my details and likes/dislikes - from the first day of contact Richard James were so helpful and friendly with a selection of properties that were totally up my street. (forgive the pun) I decided at that point, that if i could, I would like to work with this agent far above the rest. As things progressed they always kept me up to date on availability and arranging viewings, readily available for a call with any questions I had. Finally I found the perfect home and Jessica West was a great liaison point - I can picture her smiling as we talked on the phone. I felt welcome and valued, now the contracts are all signed and the move in date is pencilled in I feel confident I can speak to them as and when I may need!

Don't trust Derek by his word. I have just moved in to a property with Derek ensuring me the property would be finished to an excellent standard, to quote, "All you will need is your tooth brush and slippers". It seems he told the landlord to furnish using just the basics. Im paying a premium of £1,350pcm. The move in date was delayed costing me £700+ in hotel bills. Lifestyle who are being paid to manage the property now hold my deposit. The issue is still being resolved. Derek is showing resistance when asked to meet with myself and the landlord to address the issue. I will update this post with the final outcome.

I was extremely happy with the service I received when I sold my house through Goodman & Lilley. It ended up being a pretty complex and difficult sale with many obstacles, but I was never in doubt that they were working hard and doing their best for me. Throughout the process they liaised with solicitors and kept me up to date with everything that was happening. I always felt reassured by the easy lines of communication, which in my experience is not the norm when dealing with estate agents. Would I recommend them? Without question Yes I would. (I also used them previously to let the property and had great experience with that as well...).

The Winkworth team and especially Fergus have been absolutely incredible. Have had a very good experience dealing with Winkworth. Was a tenant with them for 11 months and were always helpful and easy to contact. They were very helpful when a change o circumstances meant we had to move and leave our tenancy early and did everything they could to help. Very prompt in providing a reference for new tenancy too. I have been dealing mostly wit Alex and he has always been professional, helpful and quick to respond.
