Colette in particular kept in regular contact, was the consummate professional and throughout the property sale she ensured that we were kept up-to-date and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. The whole team are extremely approachable, friendly and very responsive - calls are always returned and questions addressed promptly. We always felt we were valued as a client. The whole of the Rustington team did a great job at selling my property. Particularly Victoria who took care of the sale which ended up being a long long sale due to problems with our ongoing purchase. She regularly spoke with my buyers keeping them informed and happy throughout the whole long process. Graham made us feel comfortable and listened to our view when giving us a market value, Colette was fantastic in making us feel safe whilst taking photos of the house and talking to my toddler. The others for always passing on my messages, keeping me calm and getting my calls returned. Can't fault this team, they are fantastic.

We purchased a property through Glyn-Jones and although it was a rollercoaster ride due to people higher up in the chain, Victoria and Graham were fantastic throughout. We had a fairly rocky road with selling our home & buying a new property. We had a few let downs along the way with various purchases falling through, buyers losing their buyers, chain-breaks etc. The only good part of the whole process (a year!) was the team at Glyn-Jones. Excellent estate agents with superb customer service from start to finish. Our viewing was conducted by Graham Buck, who then dealt with us from taking our offer to final completion. The transaction was not exactly easy, with many frustrating delays from our buyers side but Graham kept our vendors fully informed and gave us good, professional advice on the options that were open to us. Even the small things, like the removal of the agents 'for sale' board took place exactly when arranged, on time.
